Mis-sold
Bought radios advertised for long range. Our restaurant is a large open space. They did not work. We tested more than one set to be sure.
Wesley Bone the sales team manager then treated us like the problem. He blamed our building, our testing, how long we’d had them, and the state of the earpieces after they’d been sitting with the company. No real help. Just a refusal and an offer to sell us something else.
Return started in August. The delay was theirs.
Would not buy from them again.

imagine saying their is earwax on all 6 of the others devices, what a load of nonesense, like as if we would have packed 6 devices with earwax back in. Like be realistic, nobody is that dumb. You just didnt have another option to send us and didnt want to refund me my money so decided to come up with all sorts, as I mentioned, plenty of bad reviews for a reason here...

We’re sorry to hear that the radios did not meet your requirements. We did our best to assist with your return and understand that the products were not suitable for your particular environment.
However, the returned radios and earpieces were received in a condition that did not meet our hygiene requirements for a return. In particular, the earpieces showed visible earwax contamination. We provided photographs of the condition of the returned items by email so that this could be clearly seen.
We also agreed to accept two of the units that were returned in new and unused condition and shipped the rest units back to you.
Our decision was based on the condition in which the products were returned and our hygiene requirements, rather than an unwillingness to assist.
We appreciate that this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, but we believe we made every reasonable effort to assist, including accepting the two units that were returned in new condition.
We’re sorry that this experience has left you dissatisfied.

Misinformation of items in stock
Tried ordering a handset that was showing as 'in stock'. Shortly after placing the order I was advised that the item was not available. Refund takes a week to process. After a few weeks, I saw that the item was showing as i'in stock' again, so I ordered it and the same thing happened again!

Very disappointed. Sent a faulty item. Sent it back as per their returns procedure. Have proof of postage but they deny receiving the item back. They are refusing to refund. Would not use again.

Stay Away Wont Refund Your Money!
I returned a product to purchase a better model instead and returned the product exactly how it was instructed, contacted multiple times and was given the excuse its sent to refund team, admin, warehouse team has some “delay”
The item was returned 4 weeks ago so unless the warehouse is operated by a single bed bound individual not sure how its taking more than 4 weeks to refund almost £5000.

Product was delivered as promised. However they will charge you the equivalent of overnight delivery for regular postal delivery,
In addition if you aren't careful, they will covertly charge your for coverage of your purchase. By automatically selecting the option after a short delay.

Zero Stars if I could
If there was an option to choose zero stars, I would have done so.
I ordered a product on the 8th of April 2026 and received it within five days. It was not suitable so I returned it by Royal Mail on 17th April and it was delivered back on the 20th of April.
I have since sent five emails to Francisco Vaquer who keeps replying with the same generic email saying it takes up to 2 weeks to deal with a return and refund. They have confirmed they have received the item but still no refund. I have paid for this on pay in 3 and my next payment due on the 8th May……
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…. THEY FOB YOU OFF AND DON’T REFUND…..
