I also want to thank Abbie at One Direct Insurance for her excellent support. It's unusual for online chats to go so smoothly and quickly. It's great to talk to somebody who knows what they are on about and gets things done. 10/10 Abbie :)

Excellent customer service from Shanice

I recently purchased car insurance but decided to cancel soon after. I spoke to SHANICE and she was brilliant and understanding of my decision to cancel and made the whole situation very easy and facilitated the refund and cancellation of the policy very smoothly.

I cannot believe how smooth it was with the help of the lovely SHANICE I would 100% recommend this insurance company especially if you have shanice helping you

I want to thank Abbie at One Direct Insurance for her prompt and efficient help. I don't know how, but I had somehow managed to be in the wrong chat room, (One Call Insurance), for at least half an hour wasting my time. Thankfully, Abbie was able to resolve my query quickly. Many thanks.
