Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling, my son was given a £15 one4all voucher as a gift a few months back, on activating the voucher (which was an absolute joke in itself) we were shocked to see that one4all had been taking £0.90 a month because we hadn't activated it within a certain time scale, my son is now left with £10, total utter scam, you have been warned, just give cash as a gift and stop these thieves taking your hard earned money.

Hi Mark, We want you to enjoy spending your gift card and to treat yourself to something soon! It’s best to spend your gift card within the first 18 months. After that a charge, as set out in the T&CS, of £0.90 commences monthly, and helps us keep any remaining funds secure. We would be happy to discuss the amount deducted so please reach out to our Customer Services team via help@one4all.com or via phone at 03700 84 4444.

sometimes website does not work properly tried2 weeks ago to process digital card order, would not take card details tried last week with physical card and it work, the system does seem to be temperamental. Also spending the digital card in stores is problematic id it a company reward as a code goes to work phone, who takes work phone shopping with them!

You can download the One4all app to your personal device and log in with the credentials associated with the gift card in order to add it to your Apple or Google pay.
Thank you for taking the time to highlight your concerns.
simple , clear and to the point
I was looking to purchase a high-value gift card and initially didn’t realise there was a maximum limit per card. Thankfully, this was clearly explained on the website, which helped me avoid ordering multiple cards — something that wouldn’t have felt as professional for the recipient.
I ended up placing an order for a suitable card and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived the very next day! I was slightly hesitant at first due to the mention of ID authorisation during checkout, but after reading a bit more on the site, everything made sense and gave me the confidence to go ahead with the purchase.
The card arrived promptly with clear, simple instructions for the recipient — which really put my mind at ease. Great service overall 😊
