One4all Gift Cards UK Arvostelua 

I was gifted one of these - the most annoying gift card I’ve ever received - firstly it’s a rip off because you can’t go over the amount and pay the difference with cash or another card so unless you can find something or a couple of things that come to the exact amount ( mine was £50 ) then you just lose the remainder which must happen to loads of people so added together this company are making a fortune out of us all.
I pray once I finally get rid of this I never receive another - tried to use it on boots on line today and it didn’t process - goodness knows if I’ll manage to spend it anywhere.

I received a €50 card and used €32.00 of the balance. I was very disappointed to discover today that the remaining amount had been taken through monthly fees, which I was completely unaware of at the time of receiving.

I feel that these charges were not made clear enough and that customers should be fully informed about any ongoing fees before purchasing or using the card. In my opinion, this is a very misleading practice and has left me feeling that I was unfairly charged.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase this type of card again and I would strongly advise others not to either.

One4all gift cards are great to gift to my customers who refer my business as they can be used with so many retailers

Hard to spend. The app gives you a bar code most shops cant scan these days. Tip - import it into google wallet or apple pay and you should be ok. But even then most places don't accept it and one4all start deducting monthly fees eating up your balance. I've yet to see but I believe you also can't use as partial payment meaning you'll inevitably have yo also leave some money on it when done. How does this company still exist in 2026?! I guess grannies still gift them to people.

I buy a One4all gift card quite often, especially because of the wide range of places you can use it. However, they have stopped the option to print it off. I used to do this and put it inside a birthday card, but now you either have to send it physically (with a charge for postage) or get the receiver to download the app. What if I know they won't use the app? Having a printable version was so easy to do but now it's just a big faff if you have to send it electronically/ via the app.

There is no way to delete your own account.

I got a One4all card as a 2025 New Year 'bonus', and to use it it is necessary to open an account. I managed to use it to buy a Waterstones gift card, but I'll never use it again, and I want to close my account.

But that is apparently impossible.

Their contact form is only for order queries, and demands personal information.

I just spoke to 'customer services', who directed me to blackhawknetwork . com / privacy-policy to request account deletion, but there is nothing obvious there.

Why are you holding peoples personal data 'hostage'?

Why do you not allow people to close their own accounts?

It is really helpful that a digital gift card is available to send to friends and family, to make it a quick and easy experience and they receive the gift immediately, rather than having to send through the post. It’s great, thank you.

Please please please avoid these at all costs. Just spent best part of my Sunday morning trying to activate. Took it in a participating store. Declined at till. Back to customer help for me. AVOID

I saved £75 of the past few birthday and Christmas gifts in my account and now they said I don't have an account. So they have stolen my £75

Please please for the love of god stop buying these cards for your grand-kids. They have so many rules and stipulations that they just get embrassed when they dont work and their parents end up forking out to cover they cost. Utter waste of space just give them a VISA top-up card instead.

You cant top up the card
You cant spend over the amount on the card
You cant buy giftcards at the retailers in the scheme for the value of the card

You can only spend the exact amount on the card which means either making some very specific purchases or them waiting take the money for themselves once you've given up trying to make it work, Scam4All

Website was rubbish!! Kept jumping to different things, wouldn’t accept my address and then when my daughter in law tried to redeem it she had real difficulty…. Still don’t know if she’s managed it

Absolute junk, give cash instead as a gift and not one of these frustrating cards.
Daughter received 2 cards (2x£20) as birthday gifts.
TG Jones (WH Smith) Liverpool One would not accept it.
Argos online refused them, Ive given her the cash instead to save anymore disappointment.

So difficult to use, why on earth would they need passport or driver's licence details for a gift card? This is a ridiculous reason for such intrusive data collection. I've had many gift cards over the years that don't need a passport to use - wow. Don't waste your money.

The gift voucher has multiple shops to choose from

Google states you can use the vouchers at Icelands however you cannot went there today to spend and with a lot of palava and rudeness from staff I was told they do not accept them after scanning my shopping and me packing it! For the vouchers not to work..turns out one for all isn’t available at Icelands.
