Download for software (Office2019)went smoothly.
Product would not activate after install.
Followed instructions for sending snapshot picture of phone ID to the return address.
Tried for 4 consecutive days to get a response.
Received no acknowledgement.
Applied for refund from credit card company.

I purchased Microsoft office, downloaded it and it will not activate, always comes up with an error and says try later. It will expire in 20 days. I have reached out to this company for help 4 times, no help or response. Trust? This company will not respond or help. A total rip off!

I was a bit skeptical when I ordered the Microsoft Office product as the price was almost too good to believe. The email I received with the info needed to install the product was easy to understand and I had no trouble. The Office products (Excel and Word) worked great. About a month later I received an error message when trying to use Excel. I emailed customer service and they responded within 48 hours with a new product key. I installed that and everything is working fine.

Buyer Beware! After purchasing Microsoft software and subsequently not receiving any confirmation or the product code, I tried to cancel my order. Officegsm ignored my cancellation request and charged my credit card. Yes, they subsequently emailed the product code, but i did not attempt to download the software after seeing numerous on-line concerns about malicious viruses and unauthorized downloads. Officegsm continues to ignore my refund request, so I have disputed the charge with my credit card issuer.

I've tried to get a refund on a Windows purchase, but they keep sidestepping me.
Only $14.00 and change, but that is probably how they make a lot of their money.
I DID get a link and product serial number, but it would not download.
Easiest just to file a complaint with the state. They all have offices for this stuff.
Not sure of the date offhand, so am just estimating.

The installation didn't go exactly has the instructions, but a quick follow up to activate the product and all is good.

I was skeptical about this site, especially with so many people reporting unsuccessful purchasing attempts. However, in the end my experience was satisfactory: I ended up with a working Office 2019 Pro system on Windows 11 for a very good price.

The hiccups:
1) The site promises "instant" download link. I waited several hours for a link, then sent an email to their support team. Many hours later, I received a download link.
2) The link is to a Microsoft page. The ".img" file takes a very long time to download without any indication of progress. (Not OfficeGSM's problem.) Just be aware.
3) Installation occurs by double-clicking the .img file and runs as expected. But when trying to activate the software, I got the "too many license activations" message. I sent an email to OfficeGSM, and about a day later they responded, asking me to send a screen shot of the activation screen.
4) I sent the screen shot, and about 2 days later they sent me an updated activation code -- that worked.

So, my main concern is the glacial response time for tech support. It took about 5 days from my order date to successful activation.

But the key takeaway is, with perseverance and patience, my Office 2019 Pro software is installed for a great price.

This company offers major discounts on Microsoft products. Even though the product did not initially show up "instantly" as promised, One Email later, (containing all of my order information) is all it took for them to resolve the issue. Minor issues aside, and great pricing included, I would still give them a 5-star rating.

Office gsm is a complete scam run out of nigeria. They will take your money and you wont hear from them ever again, much less get any product.

Office GSM made every effort to help me uninstall Microsoft Office 365 and replace it with Word 2024.
It didn't originally work, so I sent several messages and they responded to assist me with uninstalling MS 365 and installing MS Word 2024 which was what I originally wanted

The original software I ordered was incompatible with my MS 365 installation. GSM exchanged for free another version that worked with my computer within 2 days. I was very happy with their technical help and resolution.

Excellent price and easy to download. Will use this website for future software needs.

12/20/2025: Finally got the help I needed & was able to get the product activated. The customer service was excellent as Officegsm responded right away. It took several back & forth emails, but I have my product & it works.**
Buyer beware. I did receive the Office product I purchased however it will not activate. I have called two different numbers that I found as well as sent several emails. No response from anyone & the phone numbers are bogus. You cannot get through as it rings busy.

Purchase an office product from Officegsm, and payment was confirmed almost as soon as I hit the "add to cart" icon. Got a welcome to Officegsm membership email instead of the instant download I was expecting. No links to anything else. My inquiries go unanswered.
