My computer crashed! Tragic! I had to reload my Word processor which had been lost. I found what I needed at FLEXEASY. In my upset, I lost the order in the maze that is the web. In my panic, I contacted their customer service folks and a few hours later my program was in my in box. With a click and 5 minutes my life’s blood was back and I was again, happily editing my magnum opus. 🤓 Thank you FLEXEASY!

I ordered a Microsoft 365 program and had trouble with the product key. Their customer service was excellent and they got my issue resolved. I've purchased from them before and will definitely buy again.

Flixeasy helped me upgrade from Windows 11 Home version to Pro after I purchased the incorrect version of Windows Pro version. Flixeasy provided the activation key and instructions on how to upgrade. Very simple process

MSFT Visio key invalid, their support is non-responsive. I tried their phone number, web support form, email, nothing came back. Web support form gives "server error, cannot be submitted" Will never buy anything from these guys again.

Update: they did respond after a few tries and got me through getting an installation ID. I had to find out MSFT's aoh site is the place where i could use that to validate the key. It wasn't easy but worked.

Got a bad key at first, but the support team was super helpful! All it took was one email, and they sent a new key immediately.

I initially ordered Win 11 Pro and Microsoft Office 2024, BUT: I already had Win 11 Home installed, and I really needed Microsoft Publisher, so:
I SHOULD have ordered Office 2021 Plus and the Win 11 Home to Pro Upgrade. Once I thoroughly wiped Office 2024 off my PC, I was able to (pretty) smoothly upgrade to Win 11 Pro, then install Office 2021 (which still includes Publisher). Despite a few hiccups, Flixeasy Support always answered my questions and got me back on track. For the price, well worth it!

you charged me two times .send my money back. do you need help with your book keeping ? Ihave a grand child. Sam

The windows upgraded worked ok, but the KEY did not work, had to manually registered with Microsoft using 0 computers installed, then worked ok. I have purchased others before and they worked ok.

I was Leary of doing business with this company due to the fact they were not located in America, They showed me this company has great customer service. communicated with grace and technical assistance if needed.

I had an issue with the product I bought and emailed the company, not only did they respond quickly but walked we through the issue. PS: I brought the wrong product and they resent me the correct product with no issues. Great customer service.

I was skeptical at first but these guys came through as advertised!

There is an error of some sort with the web site order process. When I have completed my order, the web site still indicates that I need to complete my order.
I use Firefox browser. This misleading and a bit confusing message is why I have NOT scored them with 5 stars.

I have 2 computers with updated software and the order was quickly handled and problem free.

This is scam!!!! They gave code that has been used multiple times!!! I wrote them multiple emails but received no response!!! They stole my money and did not want to give me refund!!! Be aware this is a scam!!! Do not purchase any product from them unless you want a code that doesn’t work!!!

In the middle of the night I needed a Windows Key-Code for Windows10 Pro. I ordered and paid for it through the Flixeasy website. (It was only $9.99.) As soon as I paid for it, the email with the key code landed in my email in-box. And, although I had already been warned by a local tech that purchased key codes are often bad... the Flixeasy Key-Code worked perfectly with the software that I already had! Not only were they very low-priced; but their system also worked immediately, and perfectly! Flixeasy quickly, and inexpensively, solved a problem that had been aggravating me for some time! And that, despite the fact that they are located 4,928 miles away from me!!!
