My experience with this seller is great. The software installed on my computer worked as described. I would certainly buy any advertised product from this seller. The good thing is that they walk you through the entire process until everything works perfectly. That means a lot to me espectially when I get stuck in the middle of an installation.

the product key was delivered before the product. i had to wait for the confirmation code several days but that was because of the time difference. loaded in the code and i was up and running. For the price i would do it again.

Purchased Microsoft from Vaneyo & had much trouble activating. For many days I was back & forth with customer support. They never gave up on me and finally we/they came up with the final solution. I've never had such great support from anywhere I got software, and I've been doing this for a looong time.

I had a very positive experience with Vaneyo. I purchased a couple of licences, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The support team was particularly impressive — they were responsive, professional, and very helpful in addressing my queries promptly.

Order 3 license for Server 2025 for my home lab, downloaded Server 2025 from the site and installed 2 of 3 successfully. Did email with 1 question and got a response quickly within their timezone.

Purchased Microsoft Office 2024 LTC. With purchase gave Key along with instructions for activation. Did run into some problems with activation but they responded quickly. Had office up and running .

The price was good; however, I was not allowed to install the software as it had already been used previously.

I needed help and the support was the excelent.

Excellent response to my needs. Got license for Office 2019 without any problems.

How do I get it?

I purchased a copy of Office 2024 and it installed quickly and easily. But I found it didn't have the Publisher program included. When I contacted Vaneyo, they apologized and said Microsoft didn't allow that program in this version although it was advertised as included. They immediately offered me Office 2021 as a free replacement which included Purblisher. I told them 'no thank you', since I had already installed the 2024 program, but I would accept it for my Laptop if they agreed. And they did. My thanks to the company for this gesture to make sure I was satisfied. It is much appreciated. 5-star recommendation for sure. Jim McBeth

I purchase a copy of Vision 2019 and had some compatibility issues.
Support upgraded purchase to Visio 2024 free of charge.
They were very quick to respond and help with a previous issue also.

I had a very good experience with Vaneyo, I purchased the 2024 version of Microsoft Office. I had some trouble downloading the program but after I did some updates on my new computer I managed to get it downloaded and the key works fine. I contacted them when I was having problems and they answered very quickly, but by that time I figured it out myself. I did appreciate their response though.

I purchased a 2024 version of MS Office. They took my money just fine. I was sent an email to download the app and key to use for activation. Imagine my surprise when the download offered every version EXCEPT ENGLISH. I have emailed repeatedly. All I get is another email telling me how to install. l told them the issue is language, not installation. REPEATEDLY. If they cannot do that, please refund my money. Just more of the same old thing. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I purchased a Microsoft package back in June and since then, I've been inundated with issues from the start. The product key worked initially however, within a few weeks I couldn't used the packages as they stopped working. I contacted customer services and was sent another activation code which did not work.

During the course of 2 months, I went back and forth with customer services trying new product keys which failed to work. Finally I was sent one which did work however, that was only for around a month.

I would avoid Vaneyo, their services may be cheap, but what's the point if their products don't work - it's pointless.

I purchased a Windows 10 Pro license from Vaneyo.com and immediately faced problems. When I tried to activate the key, I received the error that the license had already been used on another device. This means they sold me a code that was not valid for exclusive use.

When I contacted their support, instead of solving the issue, they claimed I was using the “wrong system.” That is simply not true. If it was the wrong version of Windows, I would have received an “incompatible version” error. Instead, the system clearly showed that the license was already in use elsewhere – proof that the key was not legitimate.

This experience was frustrating and felt very dishonest. I paid for a valid product and received something completely different. I strongly advise others to stay away from this website. If you need a Windows license, buy from Microsoft directly or from an authorized reseller.

Will never use this company again.

Quick download process and very good information provided on the install process for MS Office. All worked brilliantly.

Microsoft Office would not activate because the product key sold to me by Vaneyo had already been used. Vaneyo did not reply to my emails asking for help. The Vaneyo telephone number for help diverted to an automated voice messaging service and Vaneyo did not ring me back. The Vaneyo web site appears to be down.
