The office 2024 software installed with no trouble. So far so good. Now I just have to uninstall office 2021 so my microsoft account will only see office 2024.

License code invalid. Support nonexistant.

So far, I have not gotten the MS Office for my Mac as I attempted to use key and it didn't work - apparently it was already used - maybe that's why I got such a good price! Customer service was notified; said they'd get back to me, but so far nothing. Have I wasted my money?

I accidentally purchased the wrong licence for my operating system, but after contacting customer service, I received an almost immediate response. They asked for the exact version of my OS and quickly provided the correct licence without any hassle.

Once I entered the new licence, my system was activated without any issues.

Overall, a very satisfactory experience.
