The Amazon driver put my package on the ground he or she could went around my fence I don't have no pets or no signs up they could put my package on the porch just lazy

There was a lot of moving pieces to my issue and there was constant communication and follow up from the team. They were extremely helpful and courteous

Even though outside they don't ship outside the USA, one can download (in this case), severely discounted software, from Windows 11 Pro for $9.95 USD to various other programs that may be useful or essential. Before I look at other sites, I always look here first. Great site!

An address blunder could have stole my thunder, but the fantastic people at Stack were on the job. I used Apple Pay to purchase an item, but it put the wrong address as the shipping address and I did not catch it. So I immediately reached out to them, and as it stands they were able to re-route my item by contacting the seller. So I’m praying that I get my purchase soon. Thank you Stack for your concern, and for handling this matter expeditiously!

Not their fault, StackSocial gave me speedy refunds for the two failed EU cloud hosting lifetime deals that weren't so great on par with professional usage. They have a nice selection of products I am interested in, like USB/USB-C dock stations for editing. Just got some at Best Buy, wishing I knew about this store before this month.

I'm so lucky I got the lousy cloud hosting offers via StackSocial, or I would be stuck with unusable software on one and a second that didn't meet my needs for files above 20GB with the coding error on their service. Friendly, reliable customer service.

I initially heard of a product called "Subscription Notebook" via a CultofMac deal. It was $40, and I was under the impression that it would help gather my subscriptions so I could gain visibility into them and manage them from there. Rocket Money does something like this today, so I wanted to give it a try and compare the two. Let me say that the Subscription Notebook was nothing more than a manual entry product. ANYONE can accomplish this on their own without spending the $40.

Once I saw that product, I was angry and felt like I had been 'had.' I wasn't able to test the product until it was activated - A pain in the butt, confusing process. The disclosure does say that once a product has been activated, there is no refun or store credit. That was even more frustrating.

I contacted StackSocial support. I'm still not completely sure how they fit into the big picture, but I voiced my disappointment in the product. Surprisingly, their support got back to me right away. They were friendly and personable. While they were not able to issue a refund, they did get an exception to get me a store credit. They even followed up to make sure that I was happy with the service. That's fantastic.

The important thing to note is that SubscriptionNotebook is not the face of CultofMac. Other products are useful and worth the money. There are actually some great products and deals out there. I just happened to get a lemon and a bad impression.

In the end, I am happy with the resolution!

I had an initial problem with Windows 11 accepting the license, and StackSocial help was amazingly quick, and they showed me exactly how to solve the problem immediately. And their pricing saved me more than $150 USD on a 200 USD list price item!!

I recently discovered StackSocial and made my first purchase. I ran into a small issue, but customer support resolved it very quickly, so I definitely plan to make more purchases there.

I recently had an issue with a lifetime license for some software I purchased through StackSocial (SS). When I contacted the software company they said not their problem and referred me back to SS. Megan, from SS was fantastic. In 24 hours my issue was resolved. SS and Megan were professional, efficient and made it an easy process to fix things! GREAT COMPANY and STAFF!!!!!

I typically hate contacting support as you have to wait forever and/or they can’t help you. Not the case with Stack Social’s support. I purchased a software license and was having trouble properly installing it. With a quick email exchange - they were able to quickly resolve the issue AND were so pleasant to work with. Expectations exceeded. 😊

I ran into a problem installing the keys to upgrade from Window 11 to Windows 12 Pro.

First purchase with StackSocial where I bought the 2024 Office H&B Lifetime License. I needed a little handholding to get it installed and they were great. Then there was a problem with my purchase showing up being I guess I bought it as a Guest. So they walked me thru several tries to get that fixed. Finally got fixed.

I ordered a Microsoft product several months ago to load onto a new laptop. I had difficulties getting the product activated. I contacted the company and they quickly responded and tried to walk me through solutions, step-by-step. I couldn't make things work, so they sent me a new activation code. Things are working now. This was great customer service! Their communication was great also! I am so appreciative!
