Octopus Energy for Business Arvostelua 

Nadia was polite and helpful. She successfully set up a new business account for me. The only issues were that there were several times when she had to put me on hold; when she did this the wait was often quite long (the call took 55 minutes overall) and when I was on hold the music playing was so loud I had to adjust the volume down on each occasion.

Very helpful adviser giving me all the information I needed. Very polite and patient. And English clear speaking.

I had a great experience today , very pleased with the level of service I received talking over the phone with Ekraan. She understood my problem and gave solution.

Another great experience with Octopus' Customer Service. This time it was with Sharon who was cheerful, polite and very helpful.

I have had a couple of conversations with Octopus over the last few days, speaking with Maddie a few days ago and Kai today. Both of them were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They dealt with my inquiry swiftly and efficiently. Kai opened our business account toady and he made the whole process a pleasure, rather than the complicated and stressful experience I have endured in the past when changing energy suppliers. Fantastic customer service.

I was opening up an account with Octopus and had help to navigate my way through what is quite a convoluted process from Henry Duncan. He was incredibly patient and steered me through alot of docs/forms etc. I was very grateful to finally have an account opened and up and running. I had an issue with the address when registering with Octopus. I contacted customer service and the issue was resolved promptly.
The customer service from our previous supplier was challenging and difficult so this has made a refreshing change.

Just joined Octopus as a business customer. No wait times on the 'phone (even on a Monday morning). Daisy was knowledgable, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
One thing Daisy - please stop saying 'perfect' all the time, you're better than that.
