He also sorted out the fixed tariff for the business account and on my personal account emailed information regarding an EV charging rate and type of charger needed. Excellent service.

I have already got our domestic supply with Octopus and because of the ease of navigating the account and the clear way all information is communicated I wanted both the business and domestic handled by Octopus.
There is never a problem in speaking with customer service or an advisor which is a massive plus.

Nadia was polite and helpful. She successfully set up a new business account for me. The only issues were that there were several times when she had to put me on hold; when she did this the wait was often quite long (the call took 55 minutes overall) and when I was on hold the music playing was so loud I had to adjust the volume down on each occasion.
