Octopus Energy for Business Arvostelua

The operator just made things simple and was a delight. What a pleasant change - Octopus even answer the phone!

Today I contacted you for help with a problem with a property that I own and your representative was very good and hopefully it is now sorted

Customer service was really good, helped me sort out a new tariff when I had been unable to do so online.

Received an email confirming new tariff really quickly.

Quick, competent and informative.

Just like to thank zoe for her help and made it so easy to do keep up the good work and have a great day Gary

Leah was so helpful with changing our business tariff as we had lots of questions. She was really prompt in coming back to me and this was so useful! :)

Octopus's engineer arrived early and installed the meter in no time. He was friendly and engaging and worked with quiet efficiency, powered by a Cornish pasty. Excellent service.

I can honestly say that switching to Octopus Energy has been a great experience when compared to the service I have received from EDF over the last few years. Customer service is prompt and precise a very straightforward process to switch energy suppliers apart from EDF

Very Easy to deal with and contactable and great service all around

I'm on my second ombarsman compliant. Absolutely useless. They use every tactic in the book to put off doing anything about fixing my timing meter while, I'm still over paying for my electric. Yet they still keep putting the price up.

It was so nice to speak to someone I could understand made my life easy
The person that sorted out my transfer
is a asset to Octopus energy

My call was answered immediately and Mev dealt with my enquiry very professionally, following up with emails. Great service

It is great to be able to speak to a real person when you have a query.
They are always super helpful on the phone.
Giving meter reads online is easy and their invoices are clear to understand.

Amber was very patient and articulate with all of my questions. She had a lovely and pleasant manner and was as helpful as she could be in giving me the information so that I could make an informed choice about my new contract. Thank you

Super easy process changing from my current Electricity supplier to Octopus.
Louis was super helpful.

Tom was very helpful, easy to understand and could answer all of my questions

It was easy to communicate by email and then by telephone. Easy to get through to a human and didn't have to wait too long. The advisor we spoke to picked up our request immediately and without any complications and was polite throughout. This so far has been an easy switch over. Thankyou
