First it was a pleasure to speak to someone without having to hold on for ages.The sales representative,Casey was friendly, precise and professional as she navigated me through the steps to swap my business electricity account to Octopus Energy which I must say at a better rate. Wonderful service from Armand

Wonderful service from Armand! The first time I've rung as a customer (as opposed to an aspiring customer) and the experience couldn't have been more different from the former supplier! She was extremely helpful and even rang me back when I was unable to locate some numbers required. Thank you!

I spoke to Jak today to move our business energy supply over to Octopus. These calls are normally a chore but Jak was exceedingly helpful, friendly and professional throughout. He went above and beyond to help me with a query I'd raised a few times previously but gotten nowhere with and directed me to a third-party I'd need to speak with to resolve.

Great Service at Octopus

Liv was so helpful in getting me to change over suppliers to business octopus. She answered every question and came out with a much better tariff than my current provider and as I already had a domestic supply with Octopus I got a nice bonus thrown in so am very happy to be with a good company.
