We've had a smart meter fitted yet I'm still asked, every month, to input the meter reading.
I get emails at random dates asking for meter readings. Why is the email not sent at the same time each month? When I click on the email link, I'm shown three options, two of which lead to the same place!
A simple, monthly job, has become confusing.
