Wait time is Unnecessarily Long
Over books appointments causing wait time to be for an hour to two hours. Even if you come in early to your appointment, the wait time gets extended because the dentist does not get in office on time. (Has happen to me twice)

Took my granddaughter to her…
Took my granddaughter to her appointment to get her molars sealed the hygienist said she had one done already they only could do three which she never had any of them done. SMH My appointment I had to dentist do my filling, asked them to put the white filling and she put the silver in my mouth and told me she never did it. Smh
