I can’t understand how there are recent positive reviews. The company ghosted me on aftercare entirely. After my teeth began shifting. I was forced to start treatment over with a new company because of their failure to provide aftercare or respond to my, calls, numerous voice messages and numerous emails To get the custom retainers that they use make for me. I had not heard from them In about a year until November 2024 Some employee responded to me on Facebook, would not identify themselves when I ask them to. They also ghosted me Rather than providing an acceptable solution or a refund. I reached out to many other people who have had the same experience and we are still looking for a solution because it is not OK. They need to be held responsible for how they abandoned Their customers and wasted our time and money.

No one picks up the phone, no one is emailing back, it’s impossible to get my retainers ordered. I thought they were out of business, I got an email they were not but no one is picking up the phone or helping me get my retainers ordered. It’s massively frustrating, if you’re looking to get aligners I would go with a different company because no one helps with getting aligners reordered once you’re done with your treatment, your teeth will shift and you have to do it all over again. I have been trying to get in touch with them for probably 2 months now. No response after calling probably 10 times and sending 4 emails.
Snapcorrect is amazing! I can't rave enough about them! I had a really big gap and had impressions done at many different other aligners company. None of them gave me a plan that I would be satisfied with the end results since my gap would still not be fully closed. Snapcorect did and after going through the process, I was very satisfied with the end results. My very gap did fully close. They also have amazing customer service. It's so easy to reach them and they care so much about their customers. If you are not satisfied with the end result, they are always willing to work with you and give you a refinement plan. They are definitely the best aligners company out there with their affordable prices, amazing customer service and the best experts.

Mostly had a good experience with this company, but I have lost/broken retainers and have not been able to get a hold of anyone to get them replaced and finish my treatment. I have tried calling, I’m put on hold until I have to leave a message. Then I get no call back. I’ve tried email, which in the past used to be replied to. I’m starting to wonder if this is even a real company anymore. I’ve even tried the chat method with no response.
I sent in my impressions over 3 months ago, and tried to check on the status of my aligners, but they completely ghosted me! I tried calling, emailing a few times, but no response!!! I've been trying to get ahold of them for a months now, it's so ridiculous of how awful the customer service is. It's been over 3 months since my impressions were approved and still nothing...
NEVER SENT THE LINERS! I paid for the liners upfront and they scanned me, they never sent the product that I paid for!! No one will email me back and no one answers the phones. This was 7 months ago.
I am a seasoned snap correct user- I got my teeth straightened 4 years ago- I have had to order about 6 retainer sets a year. 2 at a time at $150. Snap correct is impossible to reach. I have to threaten to reach out to or reach out to the better business bureau in order for them to answer. Unfortunately, my teeth are shifted because the contact is so poor, I have to invest in another company to restraighten my teeth. Please spend the extra money and go with another company.
Since I returned my impressions I have been waiting 5 weeks for communication about my treatment plan. I only received an email 5 weeks ago saying that they received my impressions and that they would get back to me with my treatment plan. The site says that the treatment plan should be provided within 2-3 weeks after the impressions. I have still heard nothing. I have called them twice and left messages, but have received no call back. Also, the site doesn’t work completely - only some of the photo attachment buttons work for uploading pictures. Their customer service line always goes to voicemail…If this is a legitimate business, then they are absolutely terrible! Don’t buy from them! It’s worth it to pay more to go elsewhere.
Update 3/15/23: They emailed me yesterday to apologize for the issues and they refunded me $250 for my trouble. They said my treatment plan should be ready in 4-5 days. I am pleased that they are in communication with me again and that they are trying to improve the situation for me. I will wait to see if all goes well after this...
Update 4/7/23: I received my aligners today. They seem great so far. The package also came with a lot of cool stuff including a very nice teeth whitening kit. The aligners appear to be good quality and they fit comfortably. I’ve updated my rating from 1 to 3 stars and if things keep going well I will probably add another star. 👍
I loved this company! Until…they sent me a pair of retainers that didn’t fit correctly (they were too high in the back and jabbed into my gums and the backs didn’t fit) and I haven’t been able to get a hold of them for months and now I’m sure my teeth have shifted. I wish they would send retainers that were heavy duty and lasted years. Not these cheap ones that crack after 4 months and you have to keep buying.
And then when they’re made to be the wrong fit, and you can’t get a hold of them for new ones, it is very frustrating!
Update: 10 minutes after I wrote this review I called again and miraculously got a real person! She was very helpful and Is sending new impression kit and I helping me get the correct retainers. I was very glad for her help, but unless someone real answers the phone, it has been very hard to talk to someone.
After going through the process with snap correct my teeth shifted a bit and I reached out to the company and they offered a second set of aligners for a pretty big fee..I process the order and redid the impression kit and sent them back to snap correct..This was done 5 to 6 months ago and still no update..I have reached out to customer support by phone , email and messaging no less than 10 time from myself and my wife's phone but still no response..I think they have gone out of business at this point and they stole my money..please do not use this company or you will definitely regret it..Go with a reputable company like Byte or Smile direct club..
I am a longterm customer of SnapCorrect, having used their aligners in 2018-2019. I have since used my last aligner as a retainer to ensure my teeth stay straight. This is where the problem begins - their customer service team is completely MIA. I have been trying to reach them for 3+ months to order a replacement of my last aligner. Given they are thin plastic, they loosen up over time. I have called no less than 10 times, used their online chat window numerous times (with no response), emailed (no response), and submitted a ticket on their support platform. This is complete patient negligence. Please use another company, this will be money down the drain for you as it has been for me - my teeth have now moved back into their original position.
Tried for over two years for my refinement set. They wouldn't answer my call, respond to my emails, wore the last set for over a year. Biggest rip off ever
