Dental Care Associates in HAMMOND LOUISIANA HAVE SOME RUDE FRONT OFFICE CLERKS….if you have an attitude towards patients in the workplace dental health you don’t need to be there.. its millions of genuine people who are willing to work… the dentist are cool but the front office associates assistant need to be replaced with better staff cause ain’t no way you have an attitude bad for businesses

Had my Cleaning done today. The entire staff was cordial and pleasantly welcoming, specially, April, completed my appointment and in take and processed my insurance claim smoothly. My Hygienist, Uroos Begum, was super proficient, efficient and thorough. Patiently cleaned my teeth while explaining the importance of maintaining oral hygiene. Dentist, Dr Trinidad completed the process with helpful advice and Future prognosis. She too was professional and experienced. Will definitely recommend this facility for any dental work.

What happened to this office? I have been calling many times almost daily for several weeks, the call was either on hold and then dropped off or straight to voicemail. Leave many messages for Brenda the office manager and she did not call back. This is not professional practice at all. Please call me back as I have yet to receive the check for over payment made since last year. Thank you.

Had implants put in twice. Twice they failed, leaving me with jagged metal in my jaw. They refuse to stand behind their work. They are very aggressive about collecting their money up front. Its all about the money, not the patient. They do the same thing over and over, and it fails over and over. Until your insurance runs out, then its time to say goodbye.

Thanks all for your reviews I was assigned this cesspool by Horizon after my dentist dropped them seems they have no quality dentists anywhere..what a mess our healthcare system is in...I just love talking to overseas operators that dont speak English dont you? my face blew up i am in pain...called...appointment a week later opps forgot she cant confirm it...some one will call me I'm not holding my breath. Bring jobs backs to this country. Nope no call back...i will be filing a complaint with the dental board.

Had cavities filled and cement was smeared over 3 of the outside of my teeth. It’s cutting up the inside of my cheek.
I go to make an appointment to get that fixed and to schedule the two root canals I need.
I’ve been calling for WEEKS with not ONE return call!!
I’m not begging for anyone’s business, even after decades of a satisfactory relationship. I don’t know what’s happened to this office in the recent years—but it’s not good for the consumer at all.
The office staff is HIGHLY unprofessional and couldn’t care less about anyone’s appointments.
So I am OUT for GOOD!

What a rip off with a Dr. C! I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and extra. They did the extra and spent 5 minutes with cleaning my teeth.
Telling me that they evaluated and then charged me for an evaluation that is not covered by my insurance. I was very precise when I scheduled this appointment that I only wanted a cleaning but did not get one. Then they billed my insurance and for a cleaning and evaluation, sent me a bill. This Dr. C is a rip off and very unprofessional and dishonest. When I asked why I am not getting a cleaning she told me they closed at 5pm then I asked why was I scheduled this late she said I need to reschedule after the evaluation cost that the front staff will give me. LOL what a dishonest person.

Avoid at all cost! Outrageously bad service. I have been trying to get an appointment for 6 months. I finally managed to schedule one a month in advance. I called them the previous day to confirm only to find out that they've cancelled my appointment. They didn't even bother calling me!
Now it's back to the waiting game trying to get another appointment. The worst part is that this is a "consultation" appointment only because they refuse to schedule my cleaning without a "consultation".
If I didn't have to wait for an extra 3 months to get on a new DMO list for a new dentist, I would have already moved.

They are only worried about PROFIT, not about patients.
They refused to clean my teeth because I did not want an X-Ray. I may have CANCER and I want to reduce to the minimum the radiation to my body. They did not accept my reasons and I felt DISCRIMINATED by their profit GREED.

I was very pleased with Ms. Latesha Howell, the Assistant manager of the Dental Clinic 200W.2nd St. Unit 109. Plainfield New Jersey. Latesha did an excellent job, to make sure that I got the attention during the service.

Today i called to make an appointment and someone by the Name of "Christian" answered the phone and was very nasty, rude and hung up on me. I Asked for someone from the office to call me back, i still have yet to hear anything back from them! VERY RUDE, AND NASTY . IN THE TONE AND WHAT HE WAS SAYING

Hours are extremely inconvenient for people that work. No late hours or Saturday hours. I've had to take days off work to bring my daughter to the orthodontist.

Absolute horrible clerical staff in the North Brunswick office. Dragged me through months of endless visits and phone calls only to cancel my appointment that I had for over a month telling me the insurance would not cover the procedure, even though my insurance company stated they would have covered all the work that I needed.

I love this dentist i actually stop going to the dentist but once their place of business were referred to me and i had my first appointment with them i wasnt scared to see a denisit no more. They also have the best customer service, wait time not long, my questions gets answer i know step by step whats going to happen in my appointment i even have recommend their place of business to my family and friends all the workers are the best.

I keep receiving patient call and emails that address other patients. I have updated my information numerous times and they still keep sending emails and leaving messages on my phone. I'm pretty sure that's breaking some kind of law

after waiting for more than 45 minutes I just left, because they not even call her name .
I can’t spend 2 or 3 hours in my only day off . Is not the first time , they should not over book the appointments is disrespectful.

Still waiting for my daughter to get braces. They had no problem taking my cash deposit.

My visit with Dental Health Associates is always friendly and professional .And they are always threwal about my visits I have never had a problem with them I will continue to keep them as a provider as long as they are in my network.

Offices are organized easy and convenient no long waiting.
