Saaligners Arvostelua 

Same experience as other reviewer. Ordered last November. Monthly promises of delivery but no product. I fought payment through MC and they said they shipped product. Run from them . Ashley is a scam bad person with charm.

Payed the company October 31st, and went through sent in my indents. They took forever to come, so explained ai wanted a refund I was assured my alingers were coming. They never came, they took my money and I got nothing. I want my money back, at this point I have to seek legal action.

The company is a complete scam and to anyone trying to get a refund, file a complaint with your states attorney general and contact the companies owner, Alied Dental Group LLC.

Has anyone sought legal counsel for compensation against this company? I’m very frustrated with my experience and want my money back as I’m sure many of you do. I’d like to get several of us together to seak action against the company. Comment if you are interested with legal at the top of your review. This is for people who already paid the company money and have documentation. Thanks Amy

I have been waiting for my aligners since November 2024! With promises, by a certain Ashley, of delivery every month, and an upcoming order on May 6th that was AGAIN, never delivered!
The voicemail box is full.
Emails are never replied to. 😡😡😡😡

Guys THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!They took your money and disappeared just like that!!!! We should file a consumer complaint against this company!!!! Here is the message from them today. “Hello, this is Ashely from the Customer Service. We sincerely apologize but due to unforeseen circumstances. Our operations have come to a halt. We are no longer currently entertaining cases (new and ongoing). Therefore using the impression kit which you have I would suggest to visit a local dentist and get them done from there along with the refinement.”

If I can give this company -zero start I would. After a dispute from my bank I contacted them to refund my money back, but this company didn't want to respond to anything concerning legal matters. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAM YOUR TREATMENT AND YOUR MONEY. Save yourself to others company with good reviews and treat patients with honors. I am so mad now from all this money lost and being scammed from them.

Out of business, but they are still accepting payments. I have to get the charge removed from my card.

Company is still not sorted out after getting rid of the old employees and getting another person to sort it out. Every email I send to them for my son Michael comes back as undeliverable. Apparently, they can send me emails but I cannot reply back to ANY EMAILS and this has been happening for 2 MONTHS and still the same problem. This is the email that just got bounced back to me:

IN ADDITION: My other son is still waiting for his aligners to be made since about November or December 2024 and ashley said that it was an error on their side and then no more communication after that! Still left hanging. At this point, since impressions were made months ago, if they made the aligners based on those old impressions, then the aligners might not fit, or they might cause problems or damage to my son's teeth since the impressions were made a long time ago. At this point they should just refund my money as they are not providing product or service.

I just called their phone number now at 8:06am to see if I could leave a message, since my emails get bounced back undeliverable and here is the message I get back: "The person at extension 1007 is unavailable. Sorry but the user's mailbox cannot accept more messages." Do they not even check their messages either?

They company does not presently answer their 1 phone number or emails for the last month to 3 or 4 different email addresses. I signed up for zoom consultation yesterday and today and no one ever got on the call. Is the company out of business?

Update: 11:50am January 8, 2024, since they have not been answering their phone calls or emails, I called the dentist office that was in the same building as them Capital Dental. They are not affiliated with Saaligners but she said that she thinks they moved. So this business is out of business...but they have a website that is abandoned and phone number and email addresses that are abandoned. I paid in full for treatment for my son, so we have been left hanging. Bad Business.

Very frustrating to say the least. Lack of tracking would be fine if the company was proactive about ETA and status of order. When I have reached out to their customer service email, the response was quick…the first week or so. And then it was downhill from there. It would take weeks to get a response, usually only after a follow-up or two or three. And even then, they do not answer all the questions you emailed to them. It is like pulling teeth getting an update or response from these guys (no pun intended). I purchased upper and lower aligners. Sent in all that was necessary and was told they could only do my upper aligners snd I would have to seek an in person dentist for my lower aligners. Which is fine and appreciated but then I had to request the refund for the difference. They quoted me half of what was owed and had to write them clarifying the refund number. They agreed and stated they would process the refund. This was about two weeks ago. I just sent another follow up email following up on the refund today and inquiry regarding status of my upper aligners (which I have emailed to inquire about at least three times already to no avail). I am committed at this point since I an far into the process but I wish I had just gone with a different company at this point. And I certainly wouldn’t recommend this company.

It took a long time to receive my aligners, but once I got them they are easy to use and the company follows up frequently to monitor the progress. The kit is very nice and complete. I will say that I had to do my own interproximal reduction due to my crowding not allowing them to move. It you have a lot of spacing your teeth will move easily. If you have more than just very minimal crowding it may not be right for you. They do not correct posterior bites either. My results may not be completely perfect but much better than before. Thank you!

At first I was skeptical about trusting someone who wasn’t my orthodontist gave it a try and I don’t regret it my smile is beautiful now and the price is sooo affordable either monthly payments or up front still affordable.

i have had the best experience with at home aligners so far with saaligners. they are very quick to respond, very helpful, service is great. products are great. i am already feeling a different in my teeth & im not even half way through. they have exceeded my expectations so far & can not wait to see the finished results. very happy with them!

So far our experience has been great. Communication is quick and easy as well as the process. My only recommendation would be to have an app to track progress, set reminders to switch, and to submit pictures.

Larry is very helpful and response quickly. The video chat is very easy to follow and the representative is very nice. The offer is a great deal. We are planning for all the family to get the aligners with this company. The impressions came in the mail quickly.
