Lack of choices with treatment plan as the denial was a result of improper documentation given to the underwriter. It was as they were in the tooth extraction business instead of saving of teeth business I changed dentist provider and had no problem in getting approval for two crowns with same insurance resulting in me saving my teeth. In another instance they charged me $500 at the last minute for a bone graft when it could have been covered. Poor service.

Very unprofessional needs new dentist and new equipment I got my wisdom teeth pulled ended up getting 7 teeth pulled for MONEY.

My oldest child is 16 and she is special needs, "Autistic". From the very first visit, my daughter was treated with love and respect. The staff demonstrated a level of professionalism that surpasses the norm. I also have two sons 11 and 12 yrs of age that are treated with same kind of respect. I have nothing but praise for the people that work there!

I have been coming to dha for over 20 years. I love my dentist and I love the professionalism the place has to offer. Dr. Brown is the best.

Patient have to wait so long to be seeing, and the place isn't clean especially the bathroom , but the stuff usually nice

Appointment times are THEE worst- they’re never stuck by, it’s rather like a clinic. Turnover of staff is very high! Service isn’t always the best but when you’ve began a treatment that’ll take some time to correct, u just stick it out, settle and don’t go elsewhere. Some are nice, some aren’t but hey, it’s the “hood” so people believe that it’s acceptable

I like this Phillipsburg office. The appt time is always pretty accurate, you are usually called in very soon after your appt time if not exactly on time Crystal is my all time favorite hygienist! Office staff are very pleasant. I'm always in and out of this office as quickly as possible.

DHA always make everything better whether it’s my smile or if I’m in serious pain they make everything better thanks!!!

Office does not have Saturday hours. Wait time is always long even with an appointment especially since offices merged together
