Horrific company
Horrific company, ridiculously expensive charges for sub standard level of ‘service’ obviously a lot of fake reviews and bots on this site, don’t believe what you read here and if your considering a property managed by this outfit think long and hard before buying. You have been warned!

AWFUL... AVOID...
I was a customer of Newton Property Management for 7 years. The charges for simple repairs were always very high. Even paying £100 per month was insufficient to cover their bills. I moved out to a new property in Ocotber 2025. I still have yet to receive the money they owe me, including a £300 float. They don't pay interest on the money they hold, even though I ceased to be a customer four months ago.

Regarding the return of your float and the finalisation of your account, we would like to reassure you that in the letter sent to your solicitor, we advised that issuing a final invoice can take up to six months. This timeframe ensures that all contractors’ and suppliers’ invoices have been received and allocated correctly before the final balance is calculated.
We also wrote to you on 2nd February to confirm that we expect the February invoice to be your final one, and that no payment should be made until that final invoice has been issued.
Once all outstanding costs for the development have been received and reconciled, any remaining balance — including your float — will be returned promptly. We appreciate that waiting can be frustrating, but finalising the account accurately helps ensure all owners are charged fairly.
If you would like us to review your account in more detail or provide an update on the current position, please contact our team with your property address or account reference and we will be happy to assist.

Room for improvement
I'm going to try to be fair here. Newton property keeps your wider property area extremely clean and well-preserved; there is no doubting that. When I lived in a property factored by them, the place was immaculate.
However, this is unfortunately cancelled out by the truly horrendous customer service experience they provide. Your invoices are impossible to read or work out, and I had instances where my invoices had dates on them from previous years, and when I queried this, nothing ever really happened. I was just told it would be offset on subsequent invoices and actually left me with more questions than answers.
The invoices also got insanely high and dwarfed any other bills I had, which is crazy when you think about how high energy bills are.
Overall, you can't fault the work they carry out, but the invoices and customer service cancel that out, which is a shame.

We’re sorry to hear, however, that your experience with invoicing and customer service did not meet expectations. Clear and transparent billing is extremely important, and we understand how frustrating it can be when invoices feel confusing or inconsistent. Please note that some invoices may show earlier dates due to when we receive the original documentation from our suppliers, but they should always be presented clearly.
On review of the account, there does not appear to have been a lot of communication regarding the invoice issues you mentioned. We appreciate that this may have contributed to your concerns, and we recognise the importance of clearer explanations and more proactive support. We note that your final invoice has been completed and we are processing the credit on your account to be returned to you. Your feedback will help us improve how we respond to and follow up on billing queries going forward.

***AVOID***** Complaint ongoing since August 2024. Despite me constantly chasing I am no further forward. Electricity bills constantly incorrect. Charges for cleaning etc duplicated on invoices. Historic bills appearing on invoices years later. Incorrect billing for the number of flats in the block. I have not had one invoice from them in years that is actually correct. I could go on and on. I have not spoken to one person who has received any type of service from this company never mind a good experience. If you read the bad reviews it's the same thing over and over again. The rating for this company is not correct trust me.
