Biggest scam I have ever had to deal with. I placed an order on July 23rd and canceled the same day after I read the reviews. I was told that my account was being reviewed and I would be informed if I could get a refund. That was a month ago and to date they are still reviewing my file to decide if I am worthy of a refund. Do not and I repeat do not work with this company.

The company, Neuropoise are stammers! They enrolled an order I placed in April 2026 into a monthly subscription! Who does that? Now, I'm unable to contact anyone to address this? Plus there's no address or phone number in which to contact anyone?? What wrong with this picture?

Your company constantly ignore instructions and continue to take money under false pretenses', after numerous emails and conformation from your so called "Jordan" on cancellation on your so called renewed subscription of which was never initiated by myself, yet again you informed me that my order is ready for shipment and payment will be taken.
Your company are scammers and will be treated accordingly.
Unless this shipment is stopped and money not taken I will follow this up with the International fraud department through my bank.
I only originally ordered 2 bottles of magnesium Complex, was sent 3 and been sent 3 continuously every month.
I have received no benefit from taking this product and have reverted back to my original supplement's, which are cheaper and more effective.

Do NOT by from this company! They will automatically put you on a monthly prescription whether you want it or not! They have NO business phone number! No customer service! Fraudulent company!

They take your money and you are lucky if you get your product delivered. Then they try to say you have a subscription and take more money.

Deal with Jordan and been with billing for over a week. This is a one man business with a bad reputation. Will NEVER deal with them again but still trying to get my money returned.

After ordering some tablets at a reduced cost they then took another £65.99 out of my account which I did not authorise and I had not signed up for a subscription.
After sending over 30 emails to them explaining I did not want any more tablets I hadn’t taken the first lot yet and also I hadn’t received them. I was then bombarded with replies giving me a discount after sending Email number 31. I had to put it in baby steps for them.
1. Refund me my money.
2. I have not signed up for a subscription.
3. Cancel any further orders and refund me my money please.
4. Refund me my money and don’t send me any more tablets.
They reply to that was I will give you a 75% discount! I had to go through the NatWest bank to get my money back. I’ve avoid this company like the plague. 

I have asked several times for this to be cancelled. They won’t respond to your request.
This company is a total ripoff.Do not order anything from them.

When a customer asks for their subscription to be cancelled you should take care of it and not keep sending the product.

Never received my order which was a buy one get one free drops. Upon paying for that another deal pop up with the same order not allowing you to decline only confirmation. Upon confirming the order I originally was paying for the other order was added on. There's no way to call to speak to a representative only email that I've been emailing since the order was made on July 30th. It's always someone name Jordan promising to report it to the billing company. I've asked for a reimbursement for my money because I never received or got the unwanted part of that product taken off. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM. And the way they have it set up you'll never get your money back.

I have went on the website to cancel the recurring order to be discontinued, it did not work have been in contact through email to cancel any further orders, doesn’t work. Cancelled my card which is a pain and somehow I receive another order. Would never deal with this company again

I purchased their offer in may 2026 and they then informed me I had entered a subscription. I contacted them and asked for this to be cancelled. However in June they billed me £96.99 and refused to reimburse me. I emailed them again in July asking for assurances that they wouldn’t request more funds from my account. They again took £96.99 three days after assuring me that they wouldn’t. They have continued to ignore my emails since. My bank contacted them and they claimed that they would refund me the July charge but this still hasn’t happened. I would advise anybody who is considering buying from this company to think again. They are charlatans and shouldn’t be in business. They are dishonest also

It’s a scam order 1 they kept sending them and taking money ill must of send 25 emails Then if they do answer you they said it was cancel but it will have to be send somewhere else Well guess what they charge another 32.50 and send another one They are cross Doesnt work either

Complete scam after being told to cancel constantly they are still charging me! No customer service responses! Do not buy from them complete scammers

Trustpilot needs a minus level to give to companies like this one. They do not deserve even one star!
As reported by MANY people here they are not to be trusted in any way. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR DUBIOUS POSITIVE REVIEWS!
They have an attractive sales pitch that preys on people with real health issues and provide useless products (If they even supply anything at all).
Their main scam is that once you give them your card details (without even signing for repeat orders) they will keep charging it forever.
They do respond to emails in a 'seemingly' helpful manner but still keep charging. I am attempting to get restitution by contacting the card company but that is by no means a simple process. The best action you can take is to NOT deal with them in any way. You will be trapped into continued costs for useless products.
Do not believe their hype.
Do not believe their 'positive' posts.
Do not risk your money.
You have been warned, but sadly you are most probably reading this after the being tricked.
If you have researched them here before ordering then congratulations, you can avoid a never ending costs.

They need to read their emails as what did the customer want in the first place. I wanted to cancel membership and return the latest order that I said I do NOT want.

As everyone else has stated i have also been overcharged and having trouble cancelling the repeat prescription, avoid this company

Taken money for 3 months - each month payment has doubled - I don’t even remember ordering from them and when questioned they can’t see I have ordered anything even - they can’t even tell me what was ordered - blocked any further payments and will dispute with bank - complete scam
