Total scam. Places order and charges you for a subscription you never signed up for, then will not cancel it.

This company is a scam. They take your money dont care if you get the product. I waited a month for my first order then it showed up in the second order they sent after they took money from my account for a subscription I never signed up for. Do yourself a favor DONT ORDER FROM THEM

First order took over a month to receive, then another order for 3x the price i paid for the first one was charged to my card, along with a subscription that i never signed up for, complained to customer service, they told me they would cancel the subscription immediately and not process any further orders. A couple weeks later ANOTHER order gets charged to my card, emailed customer service again, where I now am getting the runaround from what is most likely an AI bot. Do yourself a favor, don't order from Neuropoise, and contact your card's company and dispute the recurring charges immediately.

Placed an order and canceled that same day based on reviews. No response from company for over a week. Then I recieved an email full of apologies but still no refund. I email again and they respond again with apologies but no refund.

THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING AND RIPPING OFF MY ACCOUNT..WITH RE CURRING ORDERS .. 3 TIMES I WROTE TO CANCEL ALL FUTURE ORDERS AND THEY ARE STILL SENDING ME THEIR JUNK. METHYLENE BLUE GUMMIES. DOES NOTHING. THEY ARE STILL SHIPPING TO ME AT 2XXXX HIGHER THE PRICE PLUS SHIPPING. I THREATENED THEM WITH A LAWSUIT

Absolute scam of a company. Took my money, I have waited 2 months for delivery, endless promises that my order was on its way - and then nothing. Please avoid like the plague

I ordered one special offer bag of Magnesium Gummies .
They did nothing for me BUT suddenly my Global debit card is charged for an automatic order for almost double the price . They agreed to close my account and promised a 60 per cent refund which never happened.
Now for a second month they have tried again to debit my card with an automatic reorder which I never agreed to
I tried resolving throug my Bank HSBC without success
Do they now have charged A. 19 USD in May B 34 USD in June abd Now 46 USD in July .
As it is a Visa Debit Card Transaction HSBC have refused to get involved so after 50 years with HSBC I have reluctantly cancelled 2 Debit cards including my global debit card and I have transferred all my funds from my account to another Bank .

Do NOT order anything online from Neuropoise or you are likely to be scammed with their automatic reorder scam.
Do not listen to their lies from Customer support . Although not very large sums U am determined to STOP this company scamming . I am 80 this year but will not give up on stopping this company scamming older people in particular.

I made a one-off order or so I thought - they continued to send orders - I canceled & canceled by email but to no avail until I stopped all payments - I then emailed them to cancel my subscription but they didn't listen - still offering cheaper prices but I didn't listen to them & canceled again- you can't contact by phone & they have no address but if you look on Companies House Neuropoise. Com is registered to a hospital consultant nr Manchester- DO NOT TOUCH WITH ANY SIZE BARGEPOLE- I GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE THERE ARE NO MINUSES

Well the product finally arrived today, it's been nearly 2 months since I ordered it!
I must say for over £60 pounds it's crap!
Ripped off by these clowns and I'll never order from them again! I only gave them one star because they dont have half a star!

I ordered there magnesium supplements took 3 weeks to arrive I had them for 4 days then got billed again for considerably more money.
It’s not made clear that you are automatically put onto a repeat subscription with every order! It says you can cancel in their subscription portal which is impossible to find! Customer services after replying to initial complaint never responded to another email or from messages in their direct contact page. I am now trying to cancel payment through my bank before I’m charged £69 for two bottles of magnesium pills again

This Company is a pure Scam. Don’t touch them with a Barge Pole. Sent me one order & sent same order a nearly double the price, that I didn’t order. Said they would give me a discount, cancelled the order & had to get bank involved. Pure Scam Con!!

These sharp practitioners deal with all orders placed as recurring subscriptions .
Chloe at customer service is polite but ultimately unhelpful.
My advice is steer well clear !!!

Looked at their products.
Placed a one time order.
Received one delivery , then another , unsolicited.
Have blocked the company, no more money taken from my account.
But every day for weeks now multiple efforts made to deduct money from my card.
Have attempted to contact, no facility available.
Product is useless.
If you analyze the advertisement it relies totally upon the “ Placebo” effect.

Advice to prospective customers, do not have anything to do with this company.

Like most other reviews for this company, I had the same issues, took the money, I didn't receive anything, contacted them, they offered 39% refund, then 40% then 50% after I demanded a full refund, I then realised they had taken another payment from my bank without my permission, they said I had ticked the monthly subscription on the order form, absolute rubbish, I contacted my bank, eventually received one of the payments back, others are still ongoing, I have since, received 6 packs of the Nattokinase supplements, I don't believe they're genuine now,

I initially paid for a trial of some supplements from this company. As with many other dis-satisfied users I have had money taken from my account and not had any products. I have had limited communication from the company. They have sent tracking numbers for Royal Mail but they are false tracking numbers which Roayl mail say don’t exist. The company is a scam.

Do not buy from these after making an order to trial magnesium on day of receipt of product they emailed to say they were dispatching my order this was another order I had not ordered or approved payment asked for it to be cancelled no response I am out of£79.99

This is the biggest scam ever. I received the product from another company. I contacted customer service who stated they bought out the 3 different companies. I went back and forth for over 2 months. They said they will refund 50% of the purchase which was $44.00. I never received any refund. They attempted to take $84.00 but my bank blocked it. It took me o era week to get a new bank card not to mention having to change my bank info to all the companies I have. This is one Hugh scam. They should be ashamed of themselves. They are targeting people who are suffering from a painful illness and are just looking for relief. I hope they all feel the pain we are feeling and have someone scam them. DO NOT USR THIS COMPANY.

Ordered came no problem.which was a one off purchase But two weeks later had £24 taken off my bank card without any authorisation from me. Then the nightmare began. Totally unacceptable taking my money without my consent.

Do not use!!! Total con. Never received any products. Said they had cancelled my subscription but they haven't. Not replying to emails now either.
