Scam trying to cancel but they just don't give up continuously charging my card even after numerous emails saying I don't want the product and I want to cancel a subscription that I didn't ask for in the first place

This company is terrible. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! I have tried to cancel my order for 3 months, and they keep sending me product and charging my card for product they know I do not want. Save yourself a lot of heartache, time, peace of mind, and do not do business with this company! Jordan, especially, refuses to cancel!!!

I have received 4 packages from them of which I do NOT even remember ordering a single one.
Over the last 5 months I have sent email after email asking them to stop and refund my money. Never happened. I had to go to my bank cancel my card, wait for another card, reset all my auto payments!!!
Worst experience ever!!

Negative 1000 stars, I had place and order on 08/09/26 and still haven't received it and then they went and charged me for 2 more bottle. I have tried to contact Jordan but he was just a bot. Doing a copy paste answer. Here is the tracking number or I can't help, let me get a specialist. Like WTF I just want to cancel da subscription that I didn't want. I thought it was a one time buy, not a whole a$$ subscription that can never be cancelled.

I have cancelled 5 different times now and they still keep sending to my card. What is wrong with this company. I just turned them into Wells Fargo Fraud

Made one purchase unknowingly ended up with a subscription they refuse to cancel regardless of how many emails I sent price has gone from $49 to $89 now I have 4 orders they refuse to take back ,

They are charging my card sending me bottles I never purchased. Worse thing to do ever!

Their crap doesn't work. They are just stealing people's money. It's impossible to cancel a subscription that I didn't sign for. Just buying once from them will set you in their trap. This is the biggest scam I've encountered online so far. DON'T FALL FOR IT.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for the last 2 months. Every message back says they can't cancel it from their area. I've asked for someone to call me, and told they can't call from their area. I've got a total of 16 messages going back and forth. They keep sending me shipments which I've constantly ask stopped. I told them that I'll send my last shipment back and was told that they do not accept returns

There should be a zero rating for this company. I tried to cancel after the first purchase as I did not realise it was a subscription service. They answered the first email and have proceeded to ignore me since. I have been trying since August to cancel without success.

Despite multiple follow up emails they are still trying to take money from my bank account. I have now had to cancel my card via my bank to try and prevent them taking any more money. This is a ridiculous way of stealing peoples money!

Minus 10 stars!! Scam...terrible customer service...actually non existent. I cancelled my order immediately in June when I read the warning to not consume if you are on medication for serotonin. Chloe's response was that they couldn't stop the order but the subscription is cancelled to prevent future orders being shipped. Three more orders shipped. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card bank. Then Jordan had the gall to email asking me for a review! Well, Jordan, here it is. Minus 10 stars

Scammers.Do not have anything to do with this company. They take money out of your account every month saying you have signed up for subscription

I have no clue how they keep sending me all this medicine and I can’t even cancel my orders either. I don’t know where they’re getting the money from. I’m trying to figure out where they charge it me and why they keep on sending me cases of this stuff

DO NOT i repeat DO NOT order from this company my husband ordered the blue gummies on what he thought was a (trial) one months supply not realising he had to untick a box if you do not wish to subscribe and so he was being charged a months subscription the gummies kept coming after repeatedly e.mailing them telling them to cancel it and them promising and saying they have there still taking payments i reported to the fraud team at my bank and they said thats sorted but low and behold another payment was taken so i contact the bank and they said the company are using another company to take the money so the bank put a block on that one then this morning another payment has been taken im bloody furious so another long call to the bank it is again

These people are scam artists. They refuse to cancel my subscription and charged me again for an order I did not want. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

SCAM! SCAM!SCAM! DO NOT BUY! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER FOR THREE WEEKS AND THEN YOU WILL GET CHARGED FOR ANOTHER ORDER THE NEXT WEEK AND WHEN YOU TRY TO CANCEL, THEY ACT AS THOUGH THEY DON'T SEE AN ACCOUNT CONNECTED TO A SUBSCRIPTION! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I agreed to one purchase but instead I have been charged for months with ABSOLUTELY NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. I finally went to the bank and canceled my card and ANY AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS they had set up so hopefully no more charges are placed but their customer service isn't a real person they just keep replying to emails with whatever you said in the email. I contacted BBB and filed a complaint so they can shut these scammers down for good.

A fraudulent company they do not acknowledge when you cancel orders or subscription and will keep sending product

I ordered this on 8/13/26. And I got it on 9/04/26. Due to the delays and it getting lost. Jordan helped to look into it for me. To see what had happened to my order. Jordan informed me about, what had happened. Responded with me through the whole thing. And Jordan was patient with me. And I was patient with Jordan. Jordan also had a replacement order sent out to me. And ask if I would let him know when it came in. Jordan was great and I really appreciated him. And I would have it any other way. I am very excited to try this for my health. Thank you so much for the help. You have a wonderful employee.😊❤️
