I am unable to contact anyone to cancel these orders. Per doctor's instructions. I can no longer take this as they are effecting my kidney numbers in a negative way for me. How do I cancel them? I keep getting an error message when trying to contact them.

These people are scamming people, I ordered the product but when it came, it didn’t have the name of the product that I ordered on it,plus I only hit the one time button,but they subscribe me anyway..

This company is stealing money through sketchy terms you didn't agree too. They keep taking money out and I didn't ask for nothing else. Bad business.

I placed an order on 8/14/2026 for this product and it said 2 to 3 days well it's now 8/28/2026 and I still haven't received my order! I keep getting the run around and promises ohnyour order is being prepared to be shipped. Nah, I'm good totally unprofessional you'll be hearing from my lawyer I want my money back forget your product. So un professional

Like many people living with neuropathy, I have looked to social media in the hope of finding an effective treatment.
At the beginning of June 2026, I came across Neuropoise and mistakenly placed an order for a three-month supply.
At the end of June 2026, I was notified that another order was on its way.
When I queried this, I discovered that repeat orders had apparently been set up, although I was not aware of this.
I contacted Neuropoise and explained that, as the initial mistake was mine, I would accept that order. I also asked for any future orders to be cancelled, which Neuropoise agreed to do.
However, towards the end of July/Aug, I received another notification for a further orders. This showed that the arrangement had not been cancelled as agreed, and my credit card was debited for £67.24 and £67.24 respectively. In my view, taking these payment after agreeing to cancel the repeat order arrangement was improper.

Do not order from this company. They will continue to charge your account even after you email them and ask them to stop. I had to go to my bank and report the charges as fraudulent.

You are the worst company ever!! You scammed me twice and never returned my money!!! I only received form letters when ever I emailed. So glad to be done with this company and your products are garbage!!!!!😠

Only because you have to pick one! Customer service is nonexistent. No way to cancel unless you cancel the card SCAM!!!

Horrible. Product does not work almost impossible to try to cancel your subscription. I had to call the bank to block them.

I bought what I thought was the buy one get one for 19.00, I was charged for 6 bottles for 64.00, I'm trying to get my money back

Company is slow it took them a month to ship my order when it says 3-5 days they want give you a refund then try to keep charging your card and does not communicate unless you have a complaint but want follow up on they complaint’s.
