Will never order from NCF again, 2 weeks I ordered my sofa and received no information, waited 3 hours on the phone for them to hang up on me the moment they answered, got told it was to do with finance company so I rang them they said everything was sent through normally so I rang them back and got told it was because my shipping and billing information was different this time, worse customer service I’ve ever come across and yet I’ve told them to change my information and still haven’t heard a single thing

Bought dining table and 6 chairs from NCF. Absolutely amazing experience and service provided by Arif Mir was exceptional. 10 out of 10.

I placed an order with NCF Living on 28 August, with an agreed delivery timeframe of 4–6 weeks. It is now 28 October, and I am still without my main four-seater sofa.

Although the other items from my order were delivered, the most important item — the four-seater sofa — never arrived.

Since then, I have repeatedly chased NCF Living for an update. I have received conflicting information about the whereabouts of my sofa, been told that the warehouse is being chased, and been given no confirmed delivery date. Communication has been extremely poor, and getting a straight answer has been an ongoing struggle.

At this point, I simply want a clear answer. If NCF Living can deliver the sofa within a firm, agreed timeframe, then tell me when. If they cannot, I want the order cancelled so I can purchase a sofa elsewhere. I should not have to spend weeks chasing a company for an item I paid for.

What should have been a straightforward furniture purchase has turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. The lack of communication and accountability has been particularly disappointing.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering ordering from NCF Living to think carefully about the after-sales service they may receive if something goes wrong.

My partner and myself ordered a sofa on the 28th of September and were told we would receive the sofa within 7-10 days as they had 3 in stock. After 2 weeks we hadn't heard anything from their so-called delivery team (who were apparently going to contact us) or their customer service team. Some days after the 2 weeks we tried to cancel the order and were told they were keeping our £200 deposit!!! I'm now typing this 1 month later. Their customer service is a joke and emailed us to say that they're having a warehouse problem. This is after we have asked umpteen times for a call back to discuss the matter.
Don't even try calling them, unless you want to waste a few hours listening to cr*p elevator music. The guys in-store don't have a clue about details on any their orders either. I've now been in touch with Citizen's advice.
DO NOT ORDER A THING FROM HERE! FARCICAL!

Ashraf was fantastic - very polite and knowledgeable about all the furniture, sofas and beds in store, as well as the company suppliers. He offered us coffee while we browsed the store - explaining any queries we had along the way. We particularly liked the fact that the company have a no hassle policy- Ashraf let us know where he was when or if we were ready. Very happy customers, thank you.

Do not buy from this Company unless you want to wait 5 months for your sofas and then only have one of them delivered. It is impossible to get hold of the call centre and emails take 3 days to be replied. Only positive is the store staff - but they can’t speak direct to customer service

Terrible experience I ordered my sofa back in August with the website stating “fast delivery” “approx 1-2 weeks” I’m now convinced these label are used to draw you in as they knew the stock wouldn’t be arriving until late September. Then the order has been delayed another month and still no update no delivery nothing. Been trying all week to get through to customer service by phone but have called and waited on several occasions for over an hour with no answer. No one has answered my emails either. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.
