NON EXISTENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
Currently been waiting on line to speak to someone in customer service for 42 mins, yesterday hung on for 1 hour and the day before approximately 30 mins - NO ONE ANSWERS. I have submitted 9 emails to customer service requesting a delivery date and have been completely ignore.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Shocking experience
Shocking experience. Guaranteed 10 day delivery and it has been almost a month now. We were told there was a logistical error with the delivery and it would be with us within the next week. Nothing. It is also completely impossible to get through on the customer service phone line. I received one email back from customer services but after requesting, again, where my table was, I have been completely ignored.

Excellent sales experience from Liam the salesman @Stockton branch
Liam the salesman @Stockton branch was friendly and extremely helpful to us.
We initially called in intending to purchase a pair of easy chairs but as we were made so comfortable with our welcoming experience at the store we also purchased two sofas in addition.
Staff also very informative about some useful aftermarket accessories.
A good price too.

I would like to give a special thank you to Naz for his outstanding help and excellent customer service when choosing my sofa. He was so lovely, friendly, patient and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, offered great advice and made sure I felt confident and happy with my choice.
I would highly recommend Naz to anyone looking to buy a sofa. His professionalism and genuine care for his customers really stood out. He went above and beyond to make the experience smooth, stress free and enjoyable. Customer service like his truly makes a difference and he is a real credit to the team. Customer service abysmal.
Edinburgh Branch asks for a review after Service once you have purchased bed. Promised delivery within 10 and 14 business days. It’s been 17 days tried email to see what’s happening on 16th zero reply tried phoning waiting for a hour on call nothing. In store all over you like a rash but in reality you pay and forgotten about.
