Nursery purchase
Yesterday I came into measure up some wardrobes for my nursery, Ash came over and let us know he was there but with no pressure. He advised me on all the different colours available and showed me the different options. I went home and measured and came back in today where i have been able to find Ash and he remembered everything, he was so attentive and so friendly and sorted me with everything I needed. He explained the process and made the experience so much more pleasant.
This is the second time I have purchased from NCF and the second time I have purchased something with Ash’s help he is honestly a credit to the store. Thank you 😃😃😃

No delivery as promised!
So disappointed! I ordered a couch and mattress and was told it would be delivered between 3-5 weeks. I am now on my 6th week and I have heard nothing!
I have called 3 times for over an hour and my call was never answered or they hung up. I have emailed 11 days ago and they have not replied.
I becoming really concerned that this is not going to be delivered. Shockingly bad customer service. NCF please get in touch to fix this!
