Through the years, I’ve ordered four suits from My Sunday Ski, and each one has been absolutely gorgeous. The quality is consistently top-notch, the fit is excellent, and they offer great warmth along with reliable wind and water protection. I couldn't be happier!

Love the product, if it were to fit properly went by measurements but sizing chart unreliable ...return to exchange my size was too costly and not in my currency was going to cost nearly the same amount the item was to exchange for another size
So not great after service

One month on from my return and I am still owed €84.70 for return shipping labels which I did not use. I got advice from the company via email before doing my return, as I wanted to use my own cheaper shipping method instead of using their return labels priced at £70 (€84.70) in total. They advised that if I did not use their labels I wouldn’t be charged for them, but I have been charged and now when emailing the company to resolve this, nobody is responding.

In full - I am an overseas customer and I noticed that the company was set up well for overseas orders with items listed in € and free delivery to the EU, but that’s where it ends as the company’s ‘subsidised’ return labels, which you are encouraged to use are £35 each, meaning my return in total would cost me £70 (€84.70) as I placed 2 orders. I understand that the company outlines in their T&Cs that returns are not free, however this does not necessary justify the cost of the returns that the customer is then responsible for, especially as I found that I could send both items back with the Dutch equivalent of Royal Mail (PostNL) - fully legit, tracked, insured up to €5500, signed for etc for just under half the price at £34.12. I emailed the company to ask them how to go about registering my returns in this case, as their returns portal automatically deducts the cost of their own return labels from your refund amount. They advised me that I register the returns on the portal as normal and I would only be charged for their labels if I actually went ahead and used them. I wrote back to confirm if I’d understood correctly and they wrote back to say that I had. I have now received my refund but the €84.70 for return labels, which I did not use, has still been deducted. I have since emailed twice to request the money back but no one is answering me, it feels like I’m being ignored. I will have to go to an ombudsman if the refund is not paid back in full as agreed.

Hi, the ski suit was great but too long for me and I have messaged you 3 times since Wednesday and it’s now Friday asking you to send me the link to your return portal and you have not responded at all. I go on holiday tomorrow for a week so I hope you respond by the time I return. I have messaged you via email, Facebook and via your contact form! It’s very disappointing

The pants had no elastic in them so they wouldn’t stay up. I went to return them and got 8% of my money back because they charged me most of the cost in shipping fees back!!! Awful product and company. Will never buy again!!!!!

This company is the worst. I ordered shoes from this company and the size was too big and off. I went to return them and they charged me $100 in return shipping!!! I will NEVER order from this company again. Terrible to work with.

Extremely high charges for an exchange. Not worth it!

Unavailable item. I ordered a ski suit, and added a neck gaiter to match at checkout. However only the next gaiter was shipped, and the suit charge was refunded without any explanation. I now have a gaiter I don’t really need as I only got it to match the suit which was not sent. Very poor customer service.

I love my St. Moritz ski suit and matching bum bag! I got the red, which is so eye catching and bright. I got so many compliments. I was on the fence about ordering the matching bum bag and I am so glad that I did. It was perfect to hold all of my essentials while skiing on the mountain and I couldn’t believe how much it holds! Phone, AirPods, lip gloss, credit cards, hand warmers and more! I also highly recommend the racer stripe long underwear to go underneath. Super thick material and I didn’t need anything else. The ski suit is SO warm and I am always cold! All fit true to size and arrived to the United States super fast!

I was unfamiliar with My Sunday Ski. After reading reviews, asking a few questions I decided to order a one piece ski suit, and a cashmere pants/hoodie set. I was a little hesitant because of the return policy. Especially with the ski suit I studied all the measurements and decided to go up a size. The suit is absolutely stunning, fits exactly as I had hoped. I have skied 2 days in my new suit and have had NUMEROUS compliments. My only regret is that I didn’t order the detachable fur collar. I did get the matching bag, I love it. The cashmere set is very comfy, love it too. The ski suit is beautifully made, the color and details are really unsurpassed. It is just classic. I really love the quality.

Was not too tight around the shoulders like some other jumpsuits I have. I like the turtle neck. I am looking for a silk jumpsuit for the summer. I have 3, but they all have buttons and not just one simple zipper. If these are put on the market I will buy one. I am also looking for a Yak wool jumpsuit for future winter wear, but I cannot find one anywhere. I would buy one of those too.
