Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service, items missing from the order and I'm not being refunded for the items they failed to pack. No investigation. Very disappointed. Especially when you are paying a lot of money for items that are clearly from China and not the best quality.

Customer service is not responding to my emails…
I returned my ski pants and reached out about the exchange. I heard nothing back.
I then asked about when I could get my exchange item as I needed it for a trip. I was not responded to .
I then followed up after I know that they received my exchange and I have heard nothing.

Incorrect Sizing
I ordered the Perfect Ski Pants. I already have them in 3 different colours and love the fit. When this pair arrived, they are way bigger than all my other pairs, even though they are the meant to be the same size. I don’t know if they have been mislabeled or whether the sizing has changed. Either way, these pants are too big. I have emailed customer services and haven’t had a response.

The quality of the apparel is amazing
The quality of the apparel is amazing. The reason that I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I am going to need to exchange the ski pants for a bigger size. The size chart is not accurate, according to the chart I would wear an extra small; the ski pants run extremely small and I am going to need to size up 1 or 2 sizes. The ski suit I ordered did fit and was accurate in sizing.

Love all the items that I received. Be sure to purchase the US sizing if you are in The US. The base layer is not as white as expected but darling. Can’t wait to wear all of the items in Deer Valley. It will be a fashion statement for sure.
