I’m 5’4” and small is a little long
This is really cute and warm. Great quality! I’m 5’4” and ordered a small. It’s a little bit too long in the torso for me but I have a short torso. I’m keeping it because I can pull the jacket down a bit and it looks cut and can stay down but curious if it will drive me nuts while skiing. Other wise great quality, and feels like it will be warm enough for the slopes.

The sizing is all over the place
The sizing is all over the place. I am a standard size 12/M and the M Perfect Pants wouldn’t go over my hips. Returned for £8 and ordered a L (could not wait for them to do an exchange as it took so long to process I ran out of time before needing to wear them) So I bought L and they were so big they would fall down. So they went back - another £8. Yet to recieve the 2nd refund. Very slow customer service and very unreliable trouser sizing.

Communication was terrible
I feel that there was not enough communication choices. I truly wanted to speak with someone live, over the phone. When people spend a lot of money they should have that choice I feel. Maybe it was because I was in the US? I think they’re out of the country possibly or something. But still they need to allow people to speak to them directly. Also I appreciated the quick shipping but within the same hour I purchased, I wasn’t able to change the size. They said it was already shipped. However they did respond to be a day later to whatever my questions were and I appreciated that but it was too late for any changes. So the communication thing was awful. Otherwise I absolutely love my coat and it fits nicely. They should also allow people to see reviews on the items I don’t think this was available. It’s important to see what others think about the items.

Esperienza assolutamente negativa lo sconsiglio assolutamente una stella è anche troppo.ho acquistato un paio di guanti il 12 dicembre ovviamente con transazione andata a buon fine.ad oggi 22/12 non so nulla del mio ordine,contattati numerose volte se rispondono e x chiedere indirizzo di spedizione che gli ho inviato altre 5 volte oltre quando ho fatto ordine.era un regalo x natale .su SHOP ti dicono in attesa di dettagli.QUALI?MAI PIU'

Absolute disgrace. Ski holiday ruined. Ordered on 25nov, as many others mentioned, the sizes are all over the place. I am 5’8 and always always wear Medium in ski suits. For 20 years. I ordered M and I could fit the whole family in it. The upper leg cut is down my knees and bad fit in general. I sent it back and received email they have got the item. Since then absolute radio silence. I exchanged for XS as desperate to get it in time, and judging by how enormous it was, XS was the best shot. I tried to contact them numerous times through email, all social platforms. The comments are immediately deleted and only automated answer to ‘contact support’. I am flying tomorrow early morning. I have no money and no ski suit. The messages on IG show ‘Read’ but absolutely no response. As other mentioned before, BOT style communication going nowhere. I should have known straight away when discovered there’s no phone nb to call or option to speak to an actual person. Holiday already ruined. I bought the bum bag as well. Cost of production of that couldn’t be more than a fiver and it looks it too. I don’t know how are they getting away with this scam. Now, paying attention to their socials, there’s barely any comments (no wonder if they’re all getting deleted) and if you look properly at the models, most of their ski suits are not a great fit. I want my refund at this point, absolutely gutted I didn’t go with a reputable brand. 😩

I paid a lot for shipping going back and forth. Nothing fitted. I didn’t like how thr pants fabric felt Gloved did not look like $200 gloves and there was no way to ise the neck-warmer

Slow Shipping and LACK of comunication
There has been very little communication regarding my order. I have reached out and it has been over 5 days with NO response. The VERY long shipping is an issue should you need to make an exchange. I ordered this in late November. My ski suit needed to be exchanged for a different size and there has been NO communication it has been received despite me reaching out. I love their clothing so it is a shame when they are LACKING in customer service (the most important factor). We shall see how this is handled. I will come back for a follow up.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service, needed an exchange had to pay for return packaging. They received the return and still have not sent out the replacement, not even a tracking number (been over 3 days). For how expensive things are you would think they would take time to respond and be on top of their customer service cycles.
