Most local sites are often out of stock or send it very slow while customer care was not trying to help at all. Really consider using another company.
I have used my organic company for the last 6months. My recent order has been placed and the money taken. I have received no further communication for the last 2 weeks about the order and I haven’t received the goods. Using the US demand is no excuse for terrible customer service ans lack of communication. If you can’t handle the order don’t accept them and take peoples money or just communicate what is happening. My child suffers from reflux and really depends on this formula which we have now run out of. Not acceptable. And to have no contact numbers just emails with 48/72 hr response is just cowering away from the problem.

Ordered 700 dollars worth of formula and it arrived in the US two weeks ago. Contacted ups and they said that the company didn’t have a tariff number and they tried contacting my organic company multiple times. We have emailed, chatted and haven’t heard a response in over a week as well. Feels like this company is taking advantage of people and their money during a formula shortage.

Shipping is a nightmare…
Used to be great and quick but shipping has been horrible and takes around 15 days to receive. Not worth the $15 shipping cost. Response from their team has been slow.
