My package hasn’t arrived yet and the tracking with the “shop” app is brutal.

Delay in shipping and no alternate help provided

I placed an order 5 days ago and tracked shipping it just says label created, the same day I posted a review saying how good and fast this company is, just had to drive 2 hours to purchase more formula from the store

I have purchased twice from this company.

The first time I ordered (May 31) due to the shortage of the formula I usually use to feed my infant. I spent $276.88 on five containers of Holle Goat Dutch Milk Stage 2 800 gram containers with priority processing and a $5 tip. I received a delivery on June 5th, and it contained five 400 gram boxes of the formula I ordered, which is half the amount I purchased. I provided pictures of my delivery and the packing slip when asked, and I was promised another delivery of the same 400 gram boxes so I would receive the rest of the milk I had paid for. I received shipping notification.

I went through the process of transitioning my son over to this formula, and he took to it well, so I went ahead and ordered another container on the 18th, under the impression that the half of my original order was on the way. I paid for priority processing and priority shipping, and I received a shipping notification and delivery estimate from UPS for the 23rd. I paid $92.97, $35 of which was associated with delivery and priority processing fees.

It is June 25. I checked my Shop app for shipping, and despite indicating a delivery date last week, now, both shipments say they are preparing to ship. This is an extremely irresponsible company and completely unreliable. By the time the formula I ordered gets here, my infant would be dead.

My twin babies didn’t like any of the local baby formulas we were desperately looking until we found the website where we were able to order Hipp and holle, the shipping was fast! Our babies love the formula! I highly recommend all my friends to this site, I have a subscription and I’m planning on leaving it that way.

I am blown away every time how fast the formula ships.

My shipment stuck in customs. Babies basically will have no milk tomorrow. Dhl delivery is the absolute worst. Enough to Mahe you not want to order through this avenue again

I have this scheduled with automatic deliveries and for some reason I got two deliveries within 2 days apart.

I don't need this much formula because my toddler won't need it anymore, I only need one delivery.

What went wrong here?

We buy because of the quality but it is a bit pricey

They take a really long time to process the orders. Each time I ordered it would take longer and longer. The last time I contacted them because they had only printed the shipping label and considered the ordered processed even though the shipping carrier did not receive the package for 5 days. I ended up ordering from another place and actually received the formula from them before I received my formula for myorganiccompany (both were being sent from europe). I will not order from them again, there are many other places that will fulfil the orders much more timely.

Great store. It’s nice to be able to get a selection of good formulas.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered on Dec 29, today is Jan 10...my order STILL hasn't shipped....And I pay for Express shipping!! They have zero answer for me as to where it is and do NOTHING at all to help!

Placed an order of Dutch formula. A month later received notice tge package was lost, the only thing received was a customs declaration from the Netherlands. USPS sent a letter stating the company needed to complete a form which myorganics refused to complete. They refused a refund as well.
Poor support and the hassle is too great to make it worth it, especially when there are now decent domestic organic formula options available.

Stay far, far, FAR away.
I ordered from here several times because of their prices. Their shipping takes FOREVER. And the packages are always held by customs. AND there’s duties to pay upon delivery.
I bit the bullet ‘cause I didn’t think I had any other options.
Until my last order.
I decided to sign up for the subscription to save additional money.
My order was confirmed. However, I didn’t receive tracking. So I reached out to the company and it took days to get a response.
They advised that the formula is out of stock and they’re waiting for an ETA from their supplier.
I cancelled my order because I gave them a week and I wasn’t getting any updates.
Turns out, cancelling an order (that isn’t even in stock in the first place) is not an easy process.
They took another week advising that they have to “confirm the cancellation with the warehouse” which is complete bologna.
I told them that what they’re doing is wrong considering that they already charged my credit card. I told them that I will be taking this up with my bank and suddenly their tone changed. They advised that it would take 3-6 months if I went to my bank (not true).
And that if the bank thinks it’s in their favour, they will charge me again.
I had to dispute the transaction because they haven’t provided a refund and they have stopped responding to my emails.
Also, the “happiness baby guarantee” is also bologna.
I reached out and didn’t get a response back.
Due to this recent event, I looked elsewhere and honestly, there ARE better companies out there. Delivery within DAYS. No duties. No delays. No shortages.
Please stay far far away from this company. They’re a fraudulent company based out of the Middle East (apparently).

I ordered stage ii formula (of 6 cans) and got delivered stage i. I contacted to them and trying to replace but, they said it is not possible. Baby is already 8 months old and can do nothing about these formula. $ 300 is not jock. Regretting buying from these scammer.

The shipping was supposed to be 7-10 days, it was shipped after 8 days but arrived 10 days later. Customer support did not help at all. They just replied that the formula was on backorder and did not communicate with me even after I have send them couple of emails. I did not receive any information about delayed shipping or that the item was on back order. I would not order from this website again.

FRAUD! Scam of the worst order. I ordered milk for my baby in early April. It never arrived despite saying it did. Paid for insured shipping but when I look it up it says I can't make a claim because it's not insured. Based on everything I see here, they clearly have a scam in place with false tracking numbers. I can't even get a chargeback because my bank says they have receipt of arrival (clearly a false one). I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and Shopify who appears to host their site, and if you have been scammed too I would suggest you do too. Shame on these people preying on people who need to feed their babies. I am reporting them everywhere I possibly can to shut them down. Disgusting.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Placed an order and paid for fast shipping and priority to have my order be shipped fast. Nonsense, it’s been over a week and they don’t even know where my order is. Run away from this company. They are the worse kind. My son is allergic to certain formulas and can only do goat formula. We ran out of the formula today and they could care less. Please do not order from this company! They are a total scam. They will never own up to their mistakes or reimburse you for the formula.
