Horrible company . I placed my order and after 7 business days I followed up with them to see where my order is and they said I have to wait few more days then I received another email after few days saying that there was a glitch to the system and they never shipped me any formula because it’s back order .they are big scam and they don’t care this is a baby formula and can’t be switch to something els over night . Stay away

The formula here costs double what it would if you were to buy it off the shelf in Europe. They sent me a dented can (packaging was intact so can was dented to start) and told me they’d give me a $2 refund. They said it was safe but forgive me for trusting the CDC over them. Such an unethical company.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL. I'm probably their last victim. I received nothing but a wrong tracking number. They're trying to fool me with a tracking number. I called UPS and they confirmed that the tracking number is not attached to my name nor to my addess. 700$ worth of formula is gone. I am escalating this on Paypal. TOTAL SCAM

Paid for 12 cans of baby food. Item has never been shipped. Company doesn't respond anymore.

I paid for rush shipping and still haven’t received my product nor has ups even received it to ship it out. They won’t refund my money so that I can go get my child some formula. Do not buy from this company!! They are blaming UPS and trying to divert the blame. This company doesn’t care about your child having food.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, there are better options. They charge $25 for shipping and claim quick shipping, but it took forever to get our order. We ran out while waiting and had to find the next best options until our order finally arrived. I unfortunately did not read reviews before I ordered. They charge $25 for shipping and are not fast. They claim it takes 1-5 to process your order and 2-6 to ship it. My order took 12 days to arrive. Why did I pay $25 for shipping when I had to wait for then their max allot time? I emailed the company to see if there was anything they could do and they said see our shipping policies. There are other companies that ship fast and have free shipping.

Everything was fine the first time I ordered from this company, but this time it took over 2 weeks to arrive. We ended up running out of formula in the meantime and having to go on a mad dash around town looking for goat milk formula (rarely carried in US). We decided to place an order with another company online while we waited (organiclifestart.com) and it got here first, even though we ordered it a week after we placed this order. I would highly recommend this company figure out faster shipping in order to keep their faraway customers.

I wish I could give this zero stars. This company does not seem legit. I ordered formula on 1/26/23 and I am still sitting here and waiting for product. Reached out to customer service twice. Product was never shipped until I requested a refund. I even gave them a tip. The only thing they refunding me is the $6.99 rush fee. It is now 2/17/23 and still nothing. They are blaming the carrier- UPS. But, UPS just received the product. If you are getting Kendamil formula, order it from Organic Life Start. I ordered from them on 2/3/23 and my order arrived 2/7/23. Buyer beware with myorganiccompany.

I ordered formula from this company. I live in Canada. The website said I would receive the formula in one to two business days but after a month, I still hadn’t received it. The communication back-and-forth by email with the company was good, but there were so many delays in getting me my order, and nobody could tell me when it would arrive, that I eventually cancelled the order. They then suggested that they ship it from their Europe warehouse instead of their Canadian one, but they never shipped it, and I never heard anything from them again until I wrote to cancel my order.

Do not purchase from this company!!!!! They claim “express shipping”, yet it has been over a month since I placed an order. I have not even received tracking information other than “crossed the border” 3 weeks ago! The customer service is horrendous. They claim I have to wait 30 days to get a refund and that the shipping times are slow. Slow?! IT HASNT EVEN MADE IT TO THE USA! Has it been on a plane for three weeks? When I didn’t receive this order, I ordered from a different company in the same country and got it within TWO DAYS! They refuse to disperse a refund, so we were forced to file a fraud claim with our bank. Express shipping is a total lie and this company is a total FRAUD!!!!

the first formula came quickly but when we ordered Multiple cans, the shipment was never made for over two weeks now, we tried to contact them but only got copy and paste response like the other customer. Will never purchase from them ever again. They don't even have phone number to contact.

Many delays on receiving the formula. Reached out via email and got a copy paste response it was due to higher volumes in customs. This was not true. Purchased from another company from the same London location and received the formula in a few business days. I would not purchase from this company.

I ordered Stage 1 and received Stage 2. Asked for a refund and this company absolutely refuses. I’ve gone back and forth with them for two weeks now and they do not care about the position that my family is in 1) having formula we can’t use and 2) being out $100. There are countless human errors that could and likely did happen as to how I ended up with the wrong formula, but this company is not taking that into consideration and I can only chalk it up to corporate greed. Their shipping takes forever anyway, so learn from my mistakes and take your business somewhere else.

Bottom line from a parent: Contacted customer support to change shipping speed. The person never got back to me, and charged me for a non refundable order; Customer service will say anything to sell the product. Do not order here. READ THE REVIEWS!!

Please save your self the trouble and order from a competitor. I rarely leave reviews unless I had reviewed either exceptional or horrible experience. My Organic Co is the later. I am now 30 days since ordering… the last time shipping was updated was 26 days ago. Once a week I exchange emails where they completely absolve themselves saying I selected standard shipping of 7-15 business day and they have no liability beyond shipping out the door. At this point even if the product arrives I now have no use as I have had to switch my daughters formula. Latest response was they would refund at the 6 week mark and if it arrives within 3 weeks after they would invoice me full amount. Can you imagine almost a 3 month window. Please save yourself the trouble. Formula911 and Formuland both arrived in one week with no additional Fee.

Ordered 12 cans of formula from them for the second time (first time was fine). Unfortunately this time it came with dented cans. Reached out to the company about my concerns and they told me don’t worry it’s safe, and they aren’t going to replace the dented cans. All the research I did told me dented baby formula cans are unsafe, which is why I reached out to let them know about the dented cans. Feel free to spend your money with a company who’s willing to take the risk of killing your kid to make sure they don’t have to send you a non-defective product. The bright side is they offered me $2 a can to make up for the risk I have to take. Seriously you can’t make this stuff up! Buyer beware that if there is a problem, it’s your problem because they are willing to take the risk of killing your kid versus sending you non-defective products! Putting in a formal complaint with the FDA and the Dept of Health and Human Services.

I ordered HIPP and smelled bad and nothing the one i used to get in some European stores here it's a scam

Purchased $700 worth of formula in June 2022. They charged my card even though the formula was back ordered. By middle of august the order still hasn’t shipped so I emailed them asking them to cancel the order and refund me. They told me they would forward the request to the warehouse manager and I would receive an email when the order had been cancelled. All in all I emailed 5 separate times getting the same answer every time. Weeks went by and it still had not been cancelled or refunded. I then got my bank involved to get my money back and was emailed by myorganiccompany that I shouldn’t have done this that they could have settled this themselves even though when given the chance they never did. They’re not threatening that it will take 3-6 MONTHS to get my money back for a product they never shipped!!! Buyer beware!!!

Never revived my formula and company is not refunding!!

I ordered two boxes of formula on May 14th and have yet to receive my order on June 4th. They also have not responded to my customer service email from almost a week ago. Please go with a better company.
