Quand j'ai passé la commande (25 mai) je n'ai pas réalisé que le site était à l'étranger. La commande a mis beaucoup de temps à être validée (5 juin), j'ai eu peur d'une arnaque mais une fois le service client contacté, j'ai obtenu des réponses rapides. En revanche je n'ai jamais reçu de mail de suivi de la livraison et il a fallu que j'aille régulièrement sur le site pour suivre la livraison par moi même et les infos trouvées n'étaient pas claires. J'ai compris que la livraison était arrivée presqu'un mois après la commande (19 juin) quand j'ai reçu ce message me demandant de noter mon expérience ...

Exactement ce que j'ai commandé. Belle qualité de vêtements. Suivi adéquat.

Items received was cute and good material, although one of the tops I ordered had a tear right in the middle front of the collar. Shipping was within decent time and with updates regularly; but once in the UK then no furhter updates on the parcel being deliver etc. Would consider ordering again.

the site is a scam and uses false photos!

I ordered 3 arirang jerseys that were not the same material as the photos. It looks cheap as someone mentioned 3 days ago too. The tassels and buttons are not the same. It has a completely different style. The baseball cap is not embroidered, it is iron-out which is also false advertising. I paid express for shipping and it still took nearly 3 weeks. After I requested to return, they wanted to compensate me with $7 !! I have paid $81 for this which I will never even use. It’s a waste of money and time and effort. As an Army, im truly disappointed and ashamed in supporting this site.

Ein absolut unseriöser Shop: unbedingt die PayPal Abbuchung überprüfen. Es wurde einfach mehr Geld eingezogen, als auf der Rechnung stand. Dann für Fast Shipping bezahlt, aber auch nach vier Wochen nichts erhalten, angeblich lag es am Zoll, eine Tracking Nummer, kann aber nicht nachgewiesen werden. PayPal ist informiert, Finger weg!

The images in the top and the hat are not embroidered. I did not like this. The hat from far you cannot tell the difference, i feel more satisfied with the hat. But the top looks cheap because of this. Ill use it anyway.

Good service. Glad I ordered the XL as the sizing is small. When the order was shipped I was kept informed at every stage of the delivery.

I have order my t-shirts on the 26th of April and today is the 4th of june and I am still waiting for my t-shirts and wrote to support that always send an automatic message! I don't recommend!

DO NOT ORDER HERE! THEY DON'T KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE. I received the wrong shirt. I paid USD 22.99 for it and I'm stuck with the consequences. They aren't sending the right shirt and I can't return the wrong one either. After a lot of back-and-forth emailing, I finally received a compensation offer of USD 12... REALLY RIDICULOUS.
