Delivery timeline cannot be trusted at all. I placed order on Sept 24 and until today there is no update on delivery date. They created a UPS shipping label but no progress since 1 week. The customer care has no idea what is happening and are not able to coordinate properly with their warehouse.
Thus, if you need baby formula and are thinking that you will get it on time, do not trust this company. I have sent several emails but no clear response on timeline of shipping and delivery. This issue has happened to me multiple times. Better use Organic Formula Shop, they have better customer service and stick to delivery timelines

I’ve been buying the Hip fórmula from your company for over 2 years and this time I didn’t get it in time didn’t receive any notifications what so ever I ran out of the formula had to give my baby a different one

I’ve ordered HIPP formula from various retailers, but this was my first time ordering from My Organic Company. Other retails would have delivered my product within 3-5 days.
I placed my order with My Organic Company over three weeks ago and still haven’t received my son’s formula. Due to their shipping delays, I now have to buy a different formula that he’s never tried before so he can be fed. It’s such a disappointing experience.

I have been waiting for my order for more than 10 days and still haven't received it. Even sent an email to follow up but nobody reply with a solution.
My baby moves to stage two and when I receive the stage one formulas I have to return it.
This was my first order from the company and I was disappointed.

We paid extra for express processing and delivery and not only has our baby’s formula still not arrived 10 days later but we have contacted support multiple times with no answer. Extremely disappointed and won’t be using this site again.

Don't use this company. It's a scam. Never delivered my formula and never provided a refund despite many communications.

Package took way longer than expected to arrive.
It is still not there.

Terrible customer service. I ordered in July and order got returned to sender. It’s now September and they still haven’t refunded

I really appreciated the quick response time with my first order a few weeks ago, though, I made an order on September 2nd and it took until the 10th for anyone to respond to my email wondering what was going on.

This has been since rectified (this morning) and it appears I will be receiving my first subscription delivery 10 days after order. I hope this rings true.

I was so frustrated not hearing back from anyone and without a country code for your contact information, I did not figure out how to get through over the phone. I ended up ordering more of the same formula from another supplier as I was getting NO response follow up and my formula stock is almost out at home.

I appreciate the quick reaction of the product shipping after I did get a response, but it took 8 days to get here. I hope that the remaining subscription deliveries will be regularly on time and shipped out accordingly.

Amazing company.

I paid $25 extra for the fastest shipping. I still have not gotten the formula. Customer service has done nothing. I’m finding a way to report this. $70 gone

Good at responding. Awful at communicating and running a business. It’s never been more clear to me that a company is having some internal communication and supply chain issues that my recent experience with this company. It has been 19 days since they processed my card for formula that has not shipped. My initial inquiries were met with no sense of urgency and only a scripted “we’ve reached out to the warehouse…” after two weeks I was told the warehouse system wasn’t working properly and they couldn’t process my requested refund. Then today, I was told that the refund system is experiencing a glitch and their IT team is working on it but they can’t process a refund at this time. (Don’t worry, I helped and disputed the transaction) I understand customs delays etc is out of their hands but this was fully within their control and they lack the decency to shut down this site or stop taking orders until it’s fixed. This is formula and people are trying to feed their babies. It’s irresponsible and quite frankly just bad business practices. Don’t order from this company. I never will again.

First, the formula that they sell is some of the best, and I wish I was able to get it at a more local location.
I have ordered before, and it took 3 weeks to arrive (I get it, overseas and customs). This time, it has been 30 days, and I was finally able to see that my product had not even left the warehouse. I contacted their "customer service" with the issue on a Friday, and was told that it could take up to 3 days to contact the warehouse - which is unacceptable. This was on a Friday, and I was told that no management would be able to get back to me until Monday afternoon- which is also unacceptable. This is not a pair of jeans that I ordered, it is formula for my baby. I understand that mistakes are made, but if the fault is on the company, then they should immediately resolve. I have been in the customer service field for over 20 years, and My Organic Company does not practice good business/customer policies. The customer service is appalling and will not rectify the issue, and I am still waiting for my order. Oh, they also ask for tips as you check out - which I tipped, so there is just another insult to my patronage.

Day 34, and it has not left the warehouse, and no one will help. Management never contacted me either.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. SAVE YOURSELT AND RUN. This company is a total nightmare when it comes to their service. I placed an order for Kendamil and since the company did not provide all the documents to customs it was returned to them. Both UPS and I tried to contact them to provide the details but they were no help so UPS had to return my order back to the company. I emailed them the proof of return so my refund can be issued but all they respond back is they’re waiting gor their warehouse to confirm this. I wonder why it takes so long for them to get in touch with their warehouse! I am left with no product and no money since I still have not received my refund. There is no phone number either to contact them so it’s a complete nightmare to understand what is going on. I have started to wonder if this company is fraudulent. They have no sense of customer satisfaction and neither have they tried to take this matter seriously, forget about them realizing they need to make it up to their customer if a customer has gone through so much hassle because of them. I can only say - Save your self and do not order from this company.

I’m very disappointed with customer service. They’re delaying the delivery. After two weeks when I checked( it was supposed to be delivered) I found that only label had been created. I don’t know what’s wrong with customer service. It has been very slow and frustrating. It’s awful.

Avoid this company at all cost!!! I’ve been purchasing formula from this company for almost 2 years. The last two orders have been a nightmare. Tracking numbers don’t work so I have no idea what’s happening with my order!!!
Customer service is not doing anything to help with this situation. You can only email them, with no responses. Find another company!

I ordered formula multiple times . My last 2 experiences were awful. I have ordered the formula for my little one, but I am still waiting almost 10 days . No one responding my emails. At this point , I am very frustrated sending emails and asking for update . I really don’t know who I have to contact to receive my orders. We are going to out of formula for our baby which is a very serious problem for us . Very bad experience so far with this provider .

Payment was accepted by item was never sent. As this is baby formula it is time sensitive. Even after emails to the support desk, I only get an update that it will be sent, but no tracking updates. The shipper they use Landmark also has no updates.
