myDelibox Arvostelua

It's always a pleasure to buy from them. They do really food prices and the quality is outstanding. The delivery is very quick and I will highly raccomsnd them to everyone I know and family. Well done guys!!!

Our first order from this company and everything worked perfectly. Very easy with the expected result. Also important, the food delivered is not close to expiry date.

Quick delivery, everything was well packaged, prices are fair and the selection is great! I love myDelibox
P.S. please start selling swiffer dry cloths!

Great selection of italian goodies

Fantastic value and great products. Arrived very quickly and superbly packaged.

Good products and communications.

They shipped my order very late, in two different boxes and different delivery times, days apart. Obviously, they did not inform me of this.
I've had to ring DHL and get some explanation as I couldn't get any response from My Delibox, and when My Delibox did reply, not one apology, not one!
Items are usually overpriced and shipping takes way too long for food products.
Probably no more business with them, I'm afraid.

I love the Deli Boxes I order. It’s so nice being able to have authentic Italian products delivered straight to my door. The truffle paste is heaven. I love the pasta too, especially served with either the red or green pesto. Always delivered on time & very well packaged.

I found products that are difficult to find at reasonable prices. Excellent customer service

Great selection of Italian products at a great rate. Items arrived well packed.
I will keep ordering from them.

Delivery package was damaged and inside packaging wasn't done very well. Thus, 1/3rd of the 1kg Taralli package was reduced to powder and several of the pasta packages were torn, despite the delivery only coming from Kent to Devon. I have used Vico Food Box, which comes all the way from Afragola, Naples and have never had an issue. I think I will stick with them.

The biscuit arrived beautifully packaged and was delightful. I chose a specific delivery date, and it was delivered as planned. After extensive searching, I found this to be one of the most affordable options. I've been a fan of this biscuit for nearly a decade. I even bought some for my birthday two years ago and shared them with every family that attended. Everyone wanted to know where I got them.

Buying the very best Italian Mineral Water - Ferrarelle - at reasonable prices (for UK).

I first came across Ferrarelle Mineral Water in 1980 when I joined Hedges & Butler (part of Bass group) - they were then the UK sole agents. This product is superb with lower natural atmosphere (fizz) than other brands- similar effervescence to Badoit (France).

This product used to be sold to supermarkets in plastic bottles at very competitive prices but this ceased years ago! It is now sadly like gold dust to get hold of in the UK and I was delighted to discover myDelibox had the most reasonable prices, especially for smaller quantities. It is still rather more than San Pellegrino here, but I definitely reckon it is a far superior product.

Exceptional products. Great prices. Customer service team are outstanding which is always appreciated. I thoroughly recommend this company.

I contacted mydelibox and they have been brilliant!
I had an issue with Evri the delivery company "loosing" a mydelibox parcel, mydelibox has organised for a different delivery service... brilliant work!

This biscuit is very lovely and came well packaged. I picked a delivery day and came the day. The price is about the cheapest I searched for. Love this biscuit as I've known it for about 10 years. I even bought it and gave one to every family that came to my birthday 2 years ago. People were asking where I bought it from.

Exclusive products and brilliant delivery

Been using this company for a couple years now, I once had a tiny issue with a product that had been substituted with one that had a very very short shelf life, but once I contacted the customer service it all got sorted immediately. Timely deliveries, packaged well and good range of products, I'm a happy returning customer 😀

Good morning, I ordered from mydelbox and we were very happy with everything we received. I spoke to the staff a few days before and they were very kind and answered all my questions as quickly as possible. I received everything I ordered right away. We will continue to shop with them.
