The worst online Italian grocery order I’ve ever received. Items were carelessly packed, with cans of soft drinks thrown into thin plastic bags instead of proper protective packaging; one leaked and soaked multiple items in the box. A jar of vanille marrons also arrived smashed, with its contents spread throughout the package. While the damaged items were refunded, that hardly makes up for the mess and the time wasted cleaning sticky residue off everything else. Extremely poor packing standards—I will not be ordering from them again.

The shipping time is very long! The prices as affordable but you will receive your package maybe after 15 days! There are many other online shops that are a little more expensive but very fast!

We ordered a selection of good quality pasta shapes (some of which you cannot find in an ordinary supermarket) and Mutti sauce,they all arrived well packaged in two cardboard boxes,on time with no faulty product. We would surely use this service again

Just received my Deli box order yesterday and I must say..they have done exceptionally well with the packaging. Really really pleased on the effort put in..which I can tell.

Biscuits ordered were in good condition too and not crushed like they sometimes tend to be with other couriers.
