Just received my Deli box order yesterday and I must say..they have done exceptionally well with the packaging. Really really pleased on the effort put in..which I can tell.

Biscuits ordered were in good condition too and not crushed like they sometimes tend to be with other couriers.

Fantastic value and great products. Arrived very quickly and superbly packaged.

They shipped my order very late, in two different boxes and different delivery times, days apart. Obviously, they did not inform me of this.
I've had to ring DHL and get some explanation as I couldn't get any response from My Delibox, and when My Delibox did reply, not one apology, not one!
Items are usually overpriced and shipping takes way too long for food products.
Probably no more business with them, I'm afraid.

I love the Deli Boxes I order. It’s so nice being able to have authentic Italian products delivered straight to my door. The truffle paste is heaven. I love the pasta too, especially served with either the red or green pesto. Always delivered on time & very well packaged.

Delivery package was damaged and inside packaging wasn't done very well. Thus, 1/3rd of the 1kg Taralli package was reduced to powder and several of the pasta packages were torn, despite the delivery only coming from Kent to Devon. I have used Vico Food Box, which comes all the way from Afragola, Naples and have never had an issue. I think I will stick with them.

The biscuit arrived beautifully packaged and was delightful. I chose a specific delivery date, and it was delivered as planned. After extensive searching, I found this to be one of the most affordable options. I've been a fan of this biscuit for nearly a decade. I even bought some for my birthday two years ago and shared them with every family that attended. Everyone wanted to know where I got them.
