Placed an order and the wrong flavour came. This was quickly rectified as they contacted me and gave me a refund. Very good customer service.

I placed an order last month. As I was not home, I chose DPDs option to deliver at my nearest drop point. I got a confirmation of the delivery. Went there to collect my package, nothing. I checked with neighbours. Nothing. No note in the letter box... I submitted a complaint via MyProtein's customer service. They got back to me asking me to fill a very humble form. I filled it out - they got back to me saying that the form is not filled out correctly and I need to describe my order. I redid the form, put my order number and submitted the form again. My Protein's CS came back again saying that my order number was not sufficient and I need to describe my missing order. I AGAIN filled out the same form, i put my order number, and every single item and name in it. Ah. Also, although their policy was that they substitude orders, I need to specifically put in the form that I want a substitude order...
Finally. The form was accepted. Shortly after I reveive a dispute message from DPD asking me to fill out another form with them to announce I have not received the goods. That was last Monday. I messages MyProtein how dissapointed I am in the way my case was handled so far. They got back to me that they are investigating. I am not ordering anything else from them. I don't care what products they offer anynore, until now absolutely no word from them, no follow up, not a substitute order has been sent to me. Nothing... 150 euros thrown off the window because of them...

Ho restituito degli articoli come hanno detto loro.
Sono fermi in dogana da loro e non si attivano per ritirarli!
10-15 mail ma mi ripetono le stesse cose.
Non s’impegnano per capire dov e il problema ho scritto io alla dogana ma sono loro che devono muoversi.
Servizio scandaloso!!!!!!
Perdi soldi così perché la merce come mi ha detto la dogana tornerà a me.

Absolutely shocking customer service from this company, I am a blue light card holder and accessed this company through my blue light app.
I placed an order and paid for the next day delivery service. They took the money out of my account for the product together with the next day delivery fee and I did not receive my item. I still have not received my item, despite messaging the company’s customer services and emailing we are now on day 5 and I still have not received either the product or my money back. Disgustingly shocking customer service.

I gave them a second chance but they had to go and cross out the expiring dates I'm really upset that they could do this again ....same on them bought protein powder x2 college powder x 2 vanilla drops x2 plus free gift 🎁 out of date gee wiz ...they really are giving themselves a bad 😞 name also you can't upload pictures 🖼️ because files are to big 😞 I can't put in expiring date because it been Cross ❌ out ... taking this further I done with this garbage 🗑️

I have been your customer since 4 years! I'm extremely disappointed in MP customer service. I have ordered and received an items damaged or paid for vitamins and never received them. I have sent products back and still no refund, no any email/ message from them. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Wish i had read these reviews prior to ordering and paying for goods, i havent receivced. I feel like i have been scammed.

Ich habe bei MyProtein bestellt das Paket ging verloren. Ich musste für dieses Paket Zollgebühren zahlen.
MyProtein sagt seit 2 Monaten ich erhalte einen Ersatz oder eine Rückzahlung. Es hat sich bis heute niemand darum gekümmert. Ich denke es ist Abzocke.

They have huge delays (a month sometimes) and they try all the time to do not give the money back in any kind of situations. Horrible services. Do not use, guys

Parcel has gone missing in the post and MP are refusing to issue a refund for the missing parcel.

Unfortunately did not read these comments prior ordering from this company.
Order did not arrive, ask me to fill in forms multiple times and then asking me if I want replacement or refun. When I respond with refund they tell me they cannot do it and I have to fill in a form ?

I placed an expensive order for next day delivery and it never turned up. The company are not contactable by phone or livechat. Avoid avoid avoid.

This company has twice sent packages to my address addressed to a person who does not live here. After considerable conversation with them on their facebook page (email never got a reply) they say they cannot do anything about this identity theft. I gave them the order number, my address and teh name of the person on the package. I do not have an account with them.

Both packages have been returned via Parcelforce.

I am very concerned about this and am posting so that if anyone else is experiencing this they can see they are not the only person.

I am now going to the police.

Took my money and no order made. Had to then make an appeal to them and finally got my order after sending evidence by then part of it was missing. Customer service were awful and kept swapping from person to person asking for the same information.

I’ve used MP a few times as get sucked in by the deals. I’ve seen on a couple of products that the nutritional info differs on there site. Such as saying whey isolate has fewer carbs, but then look at the nutritional info and has more than normal protein! Prob is customer service can never answer questions and says will email an answer but never do. I asked why diet protein has more cals than normal protein but again no answer. So can’t trust them and what’s actually being put in the products.

Easy buy and pay with delivery in less than 2 days, I do think they overprice to make sure any discount would be circa the normal price but my protein powder is great

Kan geen retourzenden doordat ze vragen om creditcard betaling. Na wekenlang contact met wat leek op een bot, werd ik afgewimpeld met dat het niet retour kon. Oplichters op die manier
