Interesting that you’re claiming you sent me a message, because I never received one. I’ve checked everything, including my spam folder.
I’ve spent weeks chasing this issue, contacted customer support multiple times, and every time I’ve been given a different answer or the same copy-and-paste response. Instead of resolving the problem, I’ve been left doing all the chasing.
Your public reply doesn’t match my actual experience. If you can reply publicly, you can also resolve the issue properly. Until then, my review reflects exactly how I’ve been treated as a customer.
After this experience, I have completely lost trust in MyProtein. I will never buy from MyProtein again, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend anyone else to purchase from them either.
Failed delivery's and no customer service
My parcel was due to be delivered on the 16th of this month to a collection lock, delivered failed with no reason why.
Since then I’ve been told it will be delivered in the next 48 hours, 240 hours later and still no indication on when it will be delivered.
Was told by Myprotein last week that a replacement has been requested but I’m guessing that has been rejected as no follow up email, and cannot reply to the original email.
I then asked for a refund but that also must of been rejected, was then told after contacting them again that I would be credited with a very generous £5 worth of credit haha. That also hasn’t happened.
I’m now waiting for the 3rd replacement request but with no indication this is actually going to happen and no refund available.

Apesar de a empresa ter confirmado o reembolso rapidamente, o processo demorou cerca de um mês a ficar concluído, com várias mensagens a indicar que o caso estava em investigação. O valor do produto acabou por ser devolvido, mas a experiência de apoio ao cliente foi lenta e frustrante. A situação foi resolvida, mas o tempo necessário para obter uma solução deixou-me sem confiança para voltar a comprar.

Diabolical customer service
Terrible customer service, diabolical in fact. After being told my protein powder subscription could not be filled due to unavailable stock, i checked and was able to purchase immediately online. This happened two months in a row. After over fifteen messages trying to speak with a human, I am still in a loop of AI generated fob off's, paying considerably more than the agreed subscription cost. It is ridiculously frustrating. No human contact yet after over 5 weeks of trying!
50% price hike - too expensive
Ive been using this product for years. Disagree with the other reviews regarding poor flavours. Delicious when mixed with frozen berries, greek yoghurt and kefir in a blender (yummy). However i can no longer justify it at this price, almost a 50% price hike since my last order in April so now moved to another brand (just as tasty ;-), shame though ............... hence now only 1 star. Also wont let me leave a review on site so leaving it here! What a shame ..........
Avoid avoid, Scammers
Items sizing is inconsistent so I had to return all 7 items I purchased. I received a partial refund and contacted Myprotein by message as it is implssible of contacting them by phone. They informe me that the item had marks on it and that is why they deducted the amount. I did not even tried the top and I have been a personal shopper for 18 years,but never had this issue. Basically they accused, made their decision to charge me for the item and still kept it without informing. I had to reach out to understand the situation

Horrendous company waiting for refund 3 whole weeks now and still nothing! The tracking proves they have received the return but yet they keep using copy and paste replies in their messages. Phone number does not work. Speaking to a different agent every time who ignores previous messages and evidence of return only to ask the same question as the last agent. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

When will My Protein learn to use a trusted delivery company. First order stolen by delivery guy. Replacement order sent. Updates due for delivery yet then i get further updates with delivery attempts failed yet my CCTV clearly evidences no actual attempts made to deliver so probably be another stolen parcel.

On 26 March 2026, I purchased 500g of creatine and 1kg of EAA from your store.
When the package arrived, the EAA product was damaged and clearly contaminated. The packaging had a tear, visible shoe print marks on it, and the outer bag was already open. I contacted your support immediately on the same day. Since you do not provide a contact number, I had to use your in-app chat support.
Through the chat, your team advised me not to use the product because it had been opened and told me I would receive a response within 24 hours.
However, no proper response was provided. After 3 days, the food supplement inside had changed condition completely — the powder had turned into pink clumped granules, making it clearly unusable and unsafe. Due to the nature of the product being a food supplement and already contaminated/open, I had no reasonable option except to dispose of it.
After waiting 4 weeks, I then received an email asking me to return the product, which is not a logical or realistic request considering this is a contaminated food product that had already deteriorated and been disposed of following your own instruction not to use it.
I contacted support again, and I was told the issue had been forwarded to the relevant department and that I should wait for a response. It has now been approximately 3 more weeks, and I still have not received any resolution or meaningful update.

I paid for the next day delivery option and the items were not delivered (May 1). Contacted customer service (via chat). Spoken to Tiara who just kept repeating ‘next day delivery means 24-48 hour time frame’! Absolutely unprofessional and no empathy whatsoever. Tried contacting another customer service named Nokwanda and I have been told to wait until Monday (May 4th) for delivery as they don’t deliver at the weekend. AND if I don’t receive the items by the 4th of May to contact her again to let her know. I have wasted my time and energy asking for their help. Absolute useless and no empathy whatsoever.

But I can’t deal with them trying to underestimate my IQ. Pricing a pair of leggings 72€ so u can support 50% off. Pathetic. Hence the constant sales

Ordered from them it went to the wrong postcode. I tried contacting them but there is no phone number (obviously why speak to your customers??) and after I had a message from Evri saying it was delivered, then in my porch, then in a safe place outside, then handed to customer (the postcode they used is hundreds of miles away) so obviously not I contacted them via the chatbot thing to be told it was on its way, then to go and look it would be outside then I had it etc on and on. I gave up and asked for a refund only to be told I would have to return the parcel! Honestly I was so disappointed however all is not lost!! A complaints executive call Sam sent me a lovely message saying this was not the high standard they wish to achieve and she would reissue the parcel. Amazing someone has actually listened BUT you guessed it it's reissued to the wrong postcode again. I did message to say thank you but remember the correct postcode this time however she very proudly told me no details had changed so it's gone to wrong address again and been left in a safe space! I'm as so upset, no only do I have no parcel or vitamins I've just realised My Protein was and maybe still is My vitamins that I've been with for years and when I looked at it it's the same site etc. You could call them and speak to someone etc they were lovely. Looks like that's the end of that now too. All very sad and extremely poor service

I initially signed up for what was presented as a “cheaper” subscription for protein powder, assuming it was simply a cost-saving alternative to buying a bag each month. What was not made clear at all was that this “deal” actually locks you into a 3-month commitment, something I only found out after receiving my second delivery and trying to cancel.
When I contacted them at that point, I was told I was already locked in and had no choice but to continue. Fine, frustrating, but I accepted it. After the third delivery, I contacted them again and was explicitly assured by a representative named Patrick that my subscription would now be cancelled.
Fast forward a few weeks, and I receive an email saying yet another order is being prepared and payment will be taken in 5 days.
At this point, it’s no longer a misunderstanding, it’s incompetence.
I immediately contacted them again, explaining the entire situation, only to be told they “cannot cancel” because the order has already entered the dispatch process. So not only did they fail to cancel my subscription as promised, but now I’m expected to go through the inconvenience of refusing delivery or paying to return it internationally to India, of all places at my own cost.
Let’s be clear:
• They make cancellation unnecessarily difficult by not allowing it directly on the website
• They fail to honour confirmed cancellation requests
• They continue charging customers after explicitly stating subscriptions are cancelled
• And then shift the burden onto the customer to fix their mistake
This is not just poor service — it’s borderline deceptive.
No shipment for a month then they all of a sudden they refund the items
I orderer protein and some multivitamins at the start of March. Everything was going fine until the package reached the warehouse of the courier company in Greece from where I received the notification that the order was suddenly cancelled and needed to return to the sender... after that notification I contacted support from which they told me that yes the package was sent back to them and if I wanted them to resend the items.Of course I told them to resend them and expected them to communicate with me new shipping details for the new package... non of that happened and I sent 3 separate messages to support asking about what's going on with the reshipment but I got vague answers like yes it has been scheduled and if its not there by the 3rd of April to contact them again...I contacted them and they jsut said yes it has been cancelled and you'll get a refund... absolute joke of a company

After waiting 16 days for a refund and having to do a live chat the adviser did not answered my complaint other than she has started my return which will take another 3 to 5 working days and I was charged a further £1.99 for the privilege to return the item by a third party who I did not authorise to charge my card which myprotien must have given to them. Will never use this company again
