MY Protein Arvostelua 540

I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order, clearly a scam. They advise delivery has been attempted multiple time and the number given just places you on hold. Safe to say have not and will not be receiving my order.

Llevan toda la semana mareandome por correo, haciéndome perder el tiempo y encima de repente me sale un mensaje de envío fallido, estuve atento al fono toda la semana y no sonó ni una vez, ni siquiera una llamada del repartidor para confirmar que estoy en casa, un servicio vergonzoso, no volveré a comprar ningún producto y no sé lo recomiendo a nadie, hay opciones mucho mejores ahí fuera

This company uses "bait-and-switch" or "fake order" scams, where they lure you with a low price, claim non-delivery or an error, and then re-list the item at a much higher price, which is illegal. This happened to me when I put an order in on Amazon on Black Friday. I reordered the item but the price had increased significantly! I am currently waiting for them to get back to me as I've requested a refund for the difference in price.

I placed an order with MyProtein on 21 November. More than two weeks later, I still have no clear information about where the parcel is or when it will be delivered. The parcel has gone missing twice in that period, and there has been no proactive communication from MyProtein at any stage except "We will look into it".

The only contact option is social media, and despite notifying them there, no solution was offered. Tracking information from EVRI has been inconsistent and inaccurate throughout, and the parcel has remained “out for delivery” for 4 days without ever arriving.

Overall, this has been a service failure from both MyProtein and EVRI, with no meaningful updates, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the issue.

My parcel was not delivered they say it was because the driver was near my address
The picture is not my door it is small package like a Temu one
It said it was delivered at 23.25 deliveries are not done at this time
I ask to speak to manager no number given
My order was 3 bog packs of peanut butter big pack of creatingummies and pair of leggings
Asmy protein package comes in their own boxes I order before
It like delivery company being believed over me
It not my door not my protein package not big enough you don't get delivery at 23.25
I think a phone call be best way to soart this out I not been provided with a phone number

Please don't even think about ordering from this terrible scam company.
They used to be so good.
After over 10 years of being a loyal customer and spending many thousands of pounds, they rewarded me by scamming me twice on black Friday with the discount and I am also 2 items short in my order i paid for.
I am now in a dispute with them over my missing items which they are trying to gaslight me over.
I really hate this terrible scam company now and I am going to report them to trading standards and never ever order from them again.

Ordered and paid for next day delivery, over a week later and my items still are yet to even be dispatched!!

My whey protein concentrate, unflavoured, came tasting sour, clumping and smelling off. I buy from them all the time and never had Horrible taste like this(I've been bodybuilding for over 15 years now), when I reported it to My Protein they just said Our protein is top quality etc, etc and wouldn't even acknowledge my complaint.
I always use Bulk Powders now, much better.
And My Protein always spamming 'discounts'.

They have sent my order to the wrong address and regardless of how promptly ive tied to sort it out or the fact that they still haven’t dispatched it 24hrs later they’ve refused to cancel it or change the delivery address. Fuming!

Never received package. And can't get in touch with anyone to organise a refund. Just automated systems that send you in circles

Usually spend around £100 every 4-6 weeks. Next day now takes around a week if it even turns up. Just get an email saying it’s been damaged and returned. Customer service just fob you off. There are cheaper and much better alternatives out there

Terrible company, placed an order and it never got dispatched as they said it was sold out even though they never said it was when I payed for it. Tried to tell me the money hasn’t come out of my account when It had and tried getting me to give my card details to there fraud team. Refused and asked for a refund and they told me they couldn’t give me one. Then I mentioned the consumers rights act of 2015 and they issued it.

Left out 1 letter in my email adress which meant I never got a confirmation. I placed a new order after a month of this one never arriving. The second order was (according to customer service) mislabelled so sent to the wrong address. They told me they would send both my orders again, this one appears far to small to contain even half of one of the orders i placed and it has been stuck in «export center» for 5 weeks. Given up hope

Malheureusement après avoir parrainé mon amie, le service client m'a sorti un prétexte bidon pour ne pas verser les 20 euro de parrainage malgré que j'ai bien fourni le code parrainage... par contre pour payer leur produit dont le prix est exorbitant, il n'y a pas soucis.... Passer votre chemin et Allez ailleurs #meilleur rapport qualité prix# et ou le commerçant saura fidelisez le client même s'il y'a eu une erreur.

All their flavors taste awfull and one of my order got lost and it took more than a month to arrive

Order 100 pounds worth of stuff, get told will have it in 1-2 days and it hasnt arrived, says it with their courier, escalated it and didn't get a response till over 2 day later when they did respond "oh let us know if you tracking info hasn't updated after 24 hours" This happened before I figured give them another chance but no shocking service.

Would be happy with the product...if it actually arrived! Website offers next day delivery, which never happens. They continually over-promise and under-deliver and blame the courier. If the courier is so inadequate, use a different one! My guess is there's fault all round. Nobody takes ownership of concerns when they arise and you can only give a company so many chances to get things right. Safe to say will be sourcing products elsewhere in future and definitely an ex-customer.

Ordered some protein and items to help with my fitness journey. The courier appears to have left it outside in a communal car park as per the "delivery" photograph. I contacted my protein about it and they have advised that the GPS is closed enough, the photo shows it was delivered so tough luck.

If they bothered to look at the photograph they would see it was dumped outside somewhere that anyone could take it and the box doesn't even look like the right one, I ordered items that would not even fit in that box unless someone sat on it!

Not impressed at all with their help.

(My protein company) This protein supplement gave me really bad stomachache every time I used it.I tried contacting the company about the issue, but they didn’t seem to care or offer any help.I’ve used other supplements without a problem, so I know this one just isn’t right for me .very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. Don’t buy this product I’m loose my money and still waiting last month

Put an order in 2 weeks ago today Evri had it by the Friday & didn’t deliver I knew it’d been stolen I tried contacting both yourself & Evri & was told I had to wait which I did only to be told 10 days later that it was damaged by Evri ( no it was stolen) & when I contacted my protein the person who was messaging wasn’t bothered just said a new order will be sent out it’s now 14 days & I’ve still no order that’s over £121 something & the fact it’s meal replacement means I use that to replace my meals so 2 weeks & still no sign of my order I asked for it to be fast tracked & was told by my protein no it will be sent the same way . This is not how you treat returning customers especially when they spend £100 odd pound a month on your products maybe it’s time to go back to herbalife at least my deliveries turned up on time & was never treated like this absolute joke!
