I recently engaged Movinga for a move, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Communication was abysmal, with two representatives hanging up on me, and promises made by another left unfulfilled. Despite numerous attempts, not a single person from Movinga bothered to call me back.

The service itself was a far cry from the deluxe package outlined in my contract. Valuables were left unattended, packing was careless with broken boxes, and there was absolutely no inventory tracking. To make matters worse, the move did not come with the promised 30 boxes, forcing me to use my own, unsuitable for moving.

This experience has been nothing short of a scam, and I implore anyone considering Movinga to think twice. Choose another moving company that values its customers and upholds the terms of its contracts.

J'ai résilié mon déménagement avant qu'il aie lieu car movinga n'était pas en mesure de faire les autorisations de stationnement, et ne prenait aucune responsabilité en cas de souci (on m'a meme dit qu'il était possible que je paie l'intégralité du déménagement meme si ce dernier n'avait pas lieu)
Evidemment j'ai résilié et je n'ai pas récupéré mon acompte de 20 pourcents mais, en plus de ça, movinga réclame 20 pourcents supp-lé-ment-aires du prix total en plus de l'acompte pour un déménagement qui n'a jamais eu de date fixe

Sehr flexibel, gute Beratung und super günstiges Angebot. Die Umzugsfirma bestand zwar zT auch aus Leuten die kein Deutsch sprachen, aber dennoch hat allws einwandfrei funktioniert. Sie waren außerdem sehr vorsichtig mit den Möbeln.

Angebotsphase war top. Nach Vertragsabschluss wurde es holprig. Es wurden Kleiderkisten geliefert, die sehr instabil waren. Eine Lösung gab es nicht, also kaufte ich eigene Kartons. Kontaktaufnahme ausschließlich per Email. Am Umzugstag kam das Team zu spät, auch hier klappte die Kommunikation nicht. Es kamen 3 Männer mit einem kleinen Sprinter, da angeblich der LKW kaputt gegangen sei. Das waren keine Profis. So fiel auch gleich einmal ein Schrank die Treppe runter. Man ging nicht pfleglich mit seinen Sachen um und polsterte nicht gut ab. Auch beim Runter- und Hochtragen wurde nicht aufgepasst.
Die Leistung „Lampen aufhängen“ ist bis heute nicht erbracht (Umzug vor 5 Wochen). Auf meine Rückfragen meldet sich einfach niemand.

Der letzte Umzug über Movinga lief sehr gut. Nun ziehen wir aktuell erneut um. Einerseits haben wir „Pech“ mit dem Umzugsteam, andererseits ist aber vor allem bei Movinga niemand zu erreichen.
Es geht so weit, dass der Chef eines Umzugsunternehmens mich gewarnt hat, unsere Möbel könnten vom Umzugsunternehmen Geisel gehalten werden weil Movinga nicht zahlungsfähig ist.
Im Vertrieb bemüht, ansonsten abzuraten.

Eigentlich hat am 02.01.24 alles gut funktioniert. Auch im Vorfeld die Planung und Organisation waren gut, der Preis fair. Natürlich kann bei einem Umzug auch was zu Bruch gehen. Bei uns war es der große Fernseher aus dem Wohnzimmer. Der Schaden ist bis heute nicht geklärt, somit auch nicht bezahlt. Keiner fühlt sich zuständig. Movinga selbst hat auf mehrere Mails nicht reagiert, telefonisch niemand erreichbar, nur dauerbesetzt. Jetzt weiss ich auch warum: Movinga ist insolvent. Na toll...Versuche und hoffe, dass das Umzugsunternehmen, welches eingesetzt wurde, fair bleibt und wir noch eine Einigung finden. Sonst bleiben wir auf dem Schaden sitzen. Schöne Schei....😡

Det är INTE bra att Movinga har ett pris och Klarna ett annat pris. Detta skulle ha varit samma pris på bägge ställena efter några dagar efter flytten, nu har det gått 9 dagar och priset är inte samma!!

Very disappointed in the unprofessional service provided by this company and their failure to deal with our complaint and insurance claim. Movers arrived with no packing equipment or tools despite an inventory of our items and assemble/dissemble included in our quote. A dispute over the volume of items to be moved resulted in an increase to the original quote which when queried we were threatened with the movers leaving. "Premium" customer support was only available in French despite us having prior communication in English. Due to the unprofessional packing and moving the move took significantly longer. Not all items listed for assemble/dissemble were taken apart so we overpaid for services not provided and large items were damaged in the move. I would not recommend Movinga as once they have secured the contract they are no longer interested in the client. The process to submit a claim is made deliberately unclear with a portal to submit claims although they say that it is necessary to send a registered letter. They only respond after a long deal so that they time period has lapsed. The additional premium insurance is essentially a scam.

Redan vid bokningen märkte man att det var en yrkesmänniska som svarade och utförde bokningen med all info jag ville ha.

Unkompliziert, hilfsbereit, pünktlich, höflich, schnell - keine offenen Wünsche.

Ich hatte seit Ende November 23 einen Vertrag mit Movinga Berlin für einen Umzug von Stralsund nach Wetzlar für den 19.1.24. Movinga hat den kompletten Betrag von 3699,99 Euro von mir vorab verlangt. Movinga hat eine Berliner Firma M. mit dem Umzug beauftragt. Da ich noch Fragen hatte , habe ich wochenlang versucht, Movinga ohne Erfolg tel. zu erreichen.Niemand geht ans Telefon, es sei denn, sie vermuten einen neuen Kunden ( Freunde haben es ausprobiert). Daher habe ich am 5.1. Möbels. persönlich angerufen. Im Telefonat mit dieser Firma wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sie für Movinga wegen massiver Zahlungsrückständen nicht mehr tätig ist . Ich musste darauf hin den Vertrag mit Movinga am 5.1.schnell stornieren, um mit Möbelshuttle einen neuen Vertrag machen, damit mein Umzug am 19.1. überhaupt noch stattfinden kann. Die Stornierung habe ich am gleichen Tag per Mail und per Post Movinga mitgeteilt. Sie weigert sich seither, den von mir bezahlten Betrag von 3699,99 € ( auch nicht abzüglich einer Stornierungsgebühr von 621,85 , die sie mir aktuell zusätzlich in Rechnung gestellt haben) zurück zu erstatten. Die Leistung ist ja weder erbracht , noch konnte sie erbracht werden, da Möbelshuttle Movinga an meinem Umzugstag überhaupt nicht mehr zur Verfügung steht. Movinga war das bekannt, sie handelte also in betrügericher Absicht. Die Rechtsanwältin der Verbraucherberatung MV hat mir mitgeteilt, das Geld könne ich vergessen und dass sie noch mehrere Kunden dieser Firma hätten, die schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben.
Ich bin Rentnerin und muss jetzt den Umzug aus meinen Ersparnissen doppelt bezahlen, weil Movinga mir die Rückzahlung verweigert.
Eine kurze Internetrecherche ergab, dass noch viele andere " Kunden" d.h.betroffen sind.

Ich habe daher ein Betrugsanzeige gemacht und werde einen Anwalt kontaktieren müssen.

Ils ont annulé et ne m'ont toujours pas remboursé mes 471 euros une société de voleur. Quand on est une société honnête on répond aux commentaires négatifs. Je vous jure que vous allez le regretter ils vont pas vous rembourser. Des voleurs. Des voleurs des voleurs des voleurs.

Ich habe gute Erfahrung mit Movinga gemacht.
Von Anfang - Service - bis hin zum Umzug.
Sehr kompetent und freundlich.
Ich kann Movinga nur weiter empfehlen und das ist ehrlich gemeint.

En fait ca n'est qu'une plateforme téléphonique.
Ils embauchent des déménageurs de votre région qu'ils sous payent donc vous êtes clairement pas le bon client pour eux.
Et la cerise! Leur assurance est en allemagne...Dons ils ont cassé ma télévision, j'ai appelé le jour même, rempli le formulaire le soir même etc...1 mois après c'est l'assurance allemande qui prend contact avec moi pour 6 mois après me dire qu'ils ne remboursent pas car c'est louche que je m'en sois rendu compte qu'à 18h pour un déménagement à 14H... Des escrocs.
1200€ de déménagement et une TV de 2000€ cassée.

Satisfaite pour ce qui est le déménagement, chauffeur très sympa.
Mais lors de la mise en place du camion pour le chargement, le chauffeur en faisant sa manœuvre a détruit des gardes corps en verre de la piscine de la copropriété, et malgré toutes mes démarches et relances, rien ne bouge, et impossible d’avoir une personne en ligne, et ne répondent pas à mes mails. Très déçu.
