I made a booking two weeks ago and my move is in a few days. They have only once sent me a confirmation that I have paid for my move but despite multiple daily calls and emails, they have not responded once. I received a confirmation for the incorrect move date a week ago and when I tried to change it, still no response.
My move is in two days and I have no idea if it is confirmed or not.

Umzug der Hölle-organisatorische Katastrophe. Trotz detaillierter Fotodokumentaion und Abstimmung wurde viel zu wenig Kapazität über Subunternehmer bereitgestellt, Hälfte des Umzugsguts am Ort verblieben, Kontakt nicht mehr erreichbar. Ich kann vor diesem Unternehmen nur warnen.

Ich kann vor diesem Unternehmen nur ausdrücklich warnen. Mein Umzug am 07.03.2026 (Buchung #MA-4252) war eine organisatorische Katastrophe von Anfang bis Ende.

Die Highlights meines Falls:

1. Nötigung am Morgen: Das Team weigerte sich zu starten, weil Movinga den Subunternehmer für vorherige Aufträge nicht bezahlt hatte. Ich wurde als Kunde faktisch in „Geiselhaft“ genommen, um Druck auf Movinga auszuüben. Ein absolut inakzeptables Geschäftsgebaren.

2. Massive Unterbesetzung: Trotz 85qm-Wohnung inkl. 6m Schrank Abbau und Aufbau kamen nur zwei Helfer mit 2 Stunden Verspätung.

3. 9 Stunden Eigenleistung: Um den Umzug überhaupt an einem Tag zu schaffen, mussten mein Bruder und ich über 9 Stunden lang voll mitschleppen und Möbel montieren. Wir haben praktisch 50 % der Arbeit eines „Full-Service“-Pakets selbst erledigt.

4. Fehlende Halteverbotszone: Die bezahlte HVZ wurde nicht eingerichtet, was das Ausladen extrem erschwerte.

Das Schlimmste: Movinga ignoriert seit über zwei Wochen konsequent jede E-Mail und Reklamation. Die Zahlung über Klarna wurde bis zur Klärung meinerseits pausiert

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Wer Stress vermeiden will, sucht sich ein seriöses lokales Unternehmen.

Keine Reaktion auf Beschwerde - Rechnung MA-RE-4261-2
"Ich bin extrem enttäuscht vom Kundenservice. Trotz mehrfacher E-Mails bezüglich meiner Beschwerde (Rechnung MA-RE-4261-2) erhalte ich keinerlei Antwort. Wenn sich nicht innerhalb von 48 Stunden jemand meldet, werde ich die Verbraucherzentrale einschalten."

Ne paye pas les sous traitants!!!
Beaucoup trop de demenageur n ont pas été payé par cette plateforme alors que les clients ont payés.

Blufföretag som inte har egna åkare utan lejer ut jobb till billigaste pris. Många av dessa har varken tillstånd eller försäkring. Movinga tar alltid 50-55% av vinsten och utlovar inget åldersavdrag vid skada. Tänk dig själv om flytten kostar 5000kr men du har en soffa som kostade 20.000 för tio år sedan och den går sönder. Då står åkaren för den kostnaden som max fått 2500kr för jobbet.

Ich habe Demontage der Küche mit eingeplant und bezahlt aber die Möbel Packer haben sich geweigert die Küche zu demontieren und hatten überhaupt keine Ahnung. Unterwegs ist Glas von den Schränken zerbrochen, die haben es einfach unterwegs entsorgt und verheimlicht , uns ist es später aufgefallen als wir die Splitter gefunden haben. Echt ein Desaster.

Malgré une flexibilité sur la date à la signature, font un surplus lorsque la date est finalement revue.
Pire que tout ce que j'ai pu avoir dans mes déménagements.

Bis zur Unterschrift fabelhafter Kundenservice. Danach gibt es keinen direkten Ansprechpartner mehr, nur noch Mails, tagelang keine Antworten per Mail. Man fühlt sich einfach nur alleingelassen. Wer einen stressfreien Umzug haben will, dem ist Movinga definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Très déçu car j'avais prévenu que l'accès à mon immeuble était compliqué car il fallait passer sous un immeuble et lorsqu'ils sont arrivés ils étaient en colère car le camion ne passait pas du coup ils ont fait les un tiers de mon déménagement et mon même volé des cartons... ils ont passé du temps au téléphone à se plaindre et ils étaient désagréables avec moi.. je n'ai jamais pu avoir la facture c'était en septembre l'année dernière .

Expérience extrêmement décevante avec Movingogliea.
Devis gonflé intentionnellement (27m³ réels, facturés 40m³ pour maximiser le tarif militaire), manque total de professionnalisme (retard, pas de réservation de stationnement, équipe non uniforme). Objets fragiles oubliés, plusieurs cassés à l’arrivée, et remboursement long et compliqué à cause de prétendus documents manquants.
Nous avons ensuite changé d’entreprise : service impeccable et transparent.
À éviter absolument !!!

The transfer from Hamburg to Brandenburg was wonderful thanks to a very good and detailed consultation.
Everything was discussed in detail in advance, including what expenses would be incurred by me and how the whole process would go.
I really highly recommend movinga because I got a great experience!

I had very good and professonal consultations at the very begining of our interaction with this company. Relocation consultant turned out to be very polite an competent. The appointed freight forwarder arrived on time on the day of the move and transported my furniture
The 3-person staff arrived at the old address on time, professionally disasembled the furniture, packed it well from damage, transported and restored it

As I have already written, my experience with MOVINGA was very positive

Company hired by Movinga was suitable for the price and was very flexible to individual condtions, so I was very pleased!

The contact with Movinga itself went smoothly (especialy the service hotline)

Scam-bolag. Förstörde flera saker. När jag mejlar säger dem att reklamation ej kan ske genom mejl utan måste ske genom kundportal. Gjords detta, nu har de helt och hållet raderat kundportalen och ingen svarar längre på mejl. Försökt nå dem i snart två år nu. Oseriöst bolag.

Der Kontakt vor dem Umzug war professionell und gut. Allerdings merkte man die vertrieblich orientierte Gesprächsführung, der Vertrag sollte unbedingt geschlossen werden. Egal, ich wollte ja so kostengünstig wie möglich umziehen.
Mitarbeiter waren am Umzugstag pünktlich da, waren aber überhaupt nicht informiert, was mitgenommen werden soll und was nicht, obwohl das ja alles vorab fixiert wurde. Schwierig war auch die Verständigung, da nur einer der Mitarbeiter leidlich deutsch sprach. Unangenehm war auch, dass die 3 Personen dann immer wieder lautstark in einer mir nicht bekannten Sprach diskutierten. Auf meine Nachfragen, ob etwas nicht in Ordnung wäre, kam immer die Antwort "Alles gut, Frau".
Kein Möbelstück wurde irgendwie verpackt/geschützt. Möbel, die abgebaut werden sollten, wurden im Ganzen eingeladen.
Klasse war dennoch, dass dann der Transporter voll gemacht wurde, also mehr mitgenommen wurde, als ursprünglich besprochen.
Leider wurde mein nagelneues Sofa massiv beschädigt (großer Riss in einer Kopfstütze im Sichtbereich). Der Schaden wurde dokumentiert und gemeldet. Von Movinga kam trotz mehrmaligen Nachhakens keine Rückmeldung. Die Abrechnung fiel zwar etwas niedriger aus als besprochen, es wurde mehr transportiert, aber der Schaden war deutlich teurer als die Ersparnis.
Ich bin nicht sicher, ob ich bei einem weiteren Umzug erneut Movinga wählen würden. Gefühlt würde ich sagen, dass ich Glück hatte, dass nicht noch mehr kaputt gegangen ist und ich mein Glück kein 2. Mal heraufbeschwören sollte.

Never again! This company is a total scam.

In the beginning, communication went great - they contacted me regularly until I signed the contract and payed. From then on, it was impossible to reach anyone. The phone number that contacted me was out of service and the hotline cut off after three seconds. One week before the set date, finally, they sent out the exact date and time - but no possibility to contact the sub-contractor. Which would have been handy because when they arrived, none of the adjustments and informations I given out were known to them. In fact, the detailed list of furniture and so on was missing two entire rooms. I assume they did so to push the price point down. The contractors did the best they could, but since they had two few people and a too small car, the day turned into a desaster. I had to help them, we worked from 8 am to 8 pm, things had to be left behind. The request to pay up for some of the many damages done to furniture, of course, were never answered.

Then there is their promise of sustainability, because they say to connect local contractors and whatever - it's a lie. The contractors came from another city and had to drive miles on end. How pointless.

The entire experience was so stressful and annoying, I can only implore people to stay away! You pay money to people who basically send out three e-mails - and the real people who come to carry your stuff do not even get half of that money.

Moving services have come to another level with Movinga, seriously. They seem to be quite reliable and professional to me because back when I had to move out from one home in Sweden to another one, they quickly organized everything for me.
There is a selection of packages, so if you don't want to pay a lot you can opt for the most humble package and there will be anyway loading/unloading, basic insruance, customer care support and other features. So I highly recommend these guys

This moving company was a complete disaster. They arrived more than 12 hours later than when they were expected and they had with no communication, damaged several pieces of furniture, and then refused to take responsibility despite I had contracted insurance coverage. When I reached out for help, their customer service was rude, dismissive, and offered no solution or refund. If you value your time, money, and belongings, stay far away from this company.

Retard de plus de 4h, cubage trop petits, chauffeur venant de Roumanie exploité par une sous-traitance honteuse, qualité du camion laissant à désirer. Je ne comprends pas qu’une telle entreprise existe encore malgré tous les avis négatifs! À fuir absolument il en va de la sécurité de vos biens et de votre argent!

Stay away from this company!
Using it in Sweden, I did one successful moving with them 2 years ago, they subcontracted another company like usual, and everything went ok. So i used them again last year, things went ok, but they did not report it to Skatteverket for me to have the tax reduction, which is something normal in Sweden, so I ended up paying more because of that. I email and called them several times, without any reply. Later found out that their company, or some branches of it, are in insolvency and many customers have issues and no replies, so it seems they are trying to fool their last customers until the company finally stops working...
