Still waiting for delivery! Your delivery service to USA is not good. I keep getting email notices from the post but no delivery.
Also, sending these emails in Dutch to US customers?

We are sorry you haven't received your parcel yet. We haven't received an email from you regarding this issue as we are willing to help when parcels take longer than usual. We can't control what happens at customs or if your package gets lost. We can however get in contact with the shipper, but not if we do not know that you haven't received your package yet. Please for your own good, we advice to message us via our website/email or whatsapp instead of hearing about this issue through Trustpilot.
Your package was sent the 27th of december and there were holidays in between. As stated on our website a package outside Europe might take 5 to 8 business days to arrive in normal circumstances. For now 6 business days have past.
We will send you an email as well to let you know about your package.

La pièce ne fonctionne pas
La pièce ne fonctionne pas. La partie mobile est grippée et il est impossible de la dégripper. Le feu stop ne fonctionne donc pas. 40€ à la poubelle. Un contrôle sur l'état des pièces d'occasion serait judicieux.
Het onderdeel werkt niet. Het bewegende deel zit vast en het is onmogelijk om het los te maken. Het remlicht werkt dus niet. 40€ in de prullenbak. Een controle op de staat van gebruikte onderdelen zou verstandig zijn.
The part does not work. The moving part is seized and it is impossible to unseize it. The brake light therefore does not work. 40€ in the trash. A check on the condition of used parts would be wise.
