I live in a town that has some hills
I live in a town that has some hills. My friends were coming to visit and one of them was in a wheelchair. I suggested a mobility scooter to be able to get up the hill from my house to the town. The rest of the town has hills but also had elevators. She reserved a scooter from your company to be delivered to my home. When it arrived they wouldn't leave it for our use because the hill could burn out the motor. The man also lied in saying she said the town was “Mijas Costa” and NOT Mijas Pueblo. She gave him MY address since they had never been here before. You must have inferior scooters since i have a friend that uses one and has been to my house several times. My neighbor uses a scooter and goes up and down our road several times a day. I would never use your company or even recommend it to anyone.

Our priority is always the safety of our customers and the proper functioning of the mobility equipment. In this case, the local provider made the decision not to leave the scooter after evaluating the steepness of the road, as it could have caused serious damage to the motor and created a safety risk for the user.
We understand how frustrating this situation must have been, especially as you had made the arrangements in advance for your friend’s visit. Please know that this decision was not made lightly, but out of genuine concern for safety.

Pésimo servicio
Pésimo servicio! Me cobraron de más, pidieron un costo extra por ser domingo y cuando entregaron la silla volvieron a cobrar el total, la empresa subarrendada por ellos (cuya encargada fue súper grosera) dijo que eso era lo que pactaron con motion4rent que lo arreglara con ellos y nunca contestaron los mensajes hasta la fecha, ni una devolución ni nada. Recogieron la silla cuando les dio la gana incluso yo ya no estaba ahí y tuve que dejarla con el riesgo de que algo le pasara y yo tuviera que pagar por ellos.

Service was fantastic and very accommodating
Service was fantastic and very accommodating. Arranged with Motion4rent to deliver and pick up the rollator at rental agent prior to our arrival and after our departure from our apartment. Rollator was excellent quality with seat and large wheels, which allowed my wife to comfortably go on all our walking tours in Paris. Would highly recommend, and would definitely use again.

Unos sinvergüenzas, reservas, pagas y unos días antes del viaje te dicen que no tienen el scooter que has elegido y te dejan tirado.
Están ofreciendo un servicio que es imprescindible para que algunas personas puedan viajar y no les importa destrozar el viaje que llevan planeando meses.
No reserves con ellos, no son de fiar !! todo son buenas palabras hasta que cobran, pero luego te dejan tirado.

Viajamos una semana a Nueva York y alquilamos una silla de ruedas para mi suegro que no podía andar mucho. La entregaron y recogieron en el hotel, súper práctico! Nos fue de maravilla.. Tuvimos una incidencia por motivos externos a la empresa y a nosotros, y nos dejaron una silla de repuesto en 1hora como mucho. Super eficientes! Lo recomiendo 100%!!

We are off to Montenegro next week and having a husband with limited mobility we always look to hire a mobility scooter whilst abroad. I went on to google and searched “mobility aids for hire in Montenegro”, that is exactly how I wrote it in the search bar. First and only one to pop up was motion4rent. I found the scooter that suited, filled in the country, town, hotel and dates required, paid a prepayment as requested. The next day I received an email saying that I had put down on the form South Portugal??? God knows where that had come from and that they could not supply. Fair enough, they refunded the prepayment. A couple of weeks ago I again went to search for a mobility scooter as we are getting close to our holiday. Put the same search in google-mobility scooter hire in MONTENEGRO and first and only one to pop up was YES you’ve guessed it- motion4rent. I again filled in the form thinking that I had filled it in wrong the last time. Made absolute sure I put down the correct Country, town, hotel and dates and paid a deposit again. I again received an email stating I had put down South Portugal. Somewhere between me filling in the form and them receiving it, it had changed again and the company decided to blame me. They want to google their own company and see that they come up for places they don’t supply too. Rubbish company that lies. Beware!

Making reservations was very easy
Making reservations was very easy. Communication was just as easy. The response time was almost immediate. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my reservations as my tour group was not able to accommodate the scotter I emailed motion4rent regarding cancellation and they responded within less than 5 mins. Prior to making reservations I did contact other rental agency and received no response. I highly recommend this company, their efficiency is stellar!

Fantastic service
Broke my foot 2 days before travelling to our holiday in Seville. I was very happy with the service from Motion4rent. Mobility scooter was dropped to my hotel and picked up again 4 days later. Pamela was the person we dealt with and she was fantastic...so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this company.

Salvaged Athens!
My Mom feel in Florence and fractured her pelvis during a 10 night cruise. I contacted Motion4Rent and the process was so easy to have a wheelchair delivered to our hotel in Athens following our cruise. It allowed my Mom to still enjoy many of the sights. I will see say Athens is not the .ost accessible city, but it is very old and I am confident over time that may be corrected as best it can.
