I booked a wheelchair for a cruise in barcelona around 36 hours before I needed it. The company got in touch with my within a few hours and I was in whatsapp commincation with them throughout the process. They dropped it off exactly at the port terminal and pick up was just a smooth. Great company and highly recomend them.

I cannot recommend these enough, from booking the scooter to making a last minute pickup time they were so amazing and only too happy to help. I will definitely use these again and recommend to others, thank you to everyone there, you've made two grandchildren very happy by helping their nanny be mobile in Disneyland. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

What a wonderful experience renting a wheelchair from Motion4rent!

I was visiting Lourdes from Toronto and needed a chair for my mom. The Motion4rent's website is easy to navigate, the booking process was a breeze, customer service was outstanding and their communication was prompt.

I had to change my reservations a couple times due to a scheduling conflict and a delayed flight.

The customer service at Motion4Rent was so fast in replying to my requests and inquiries, and they facilitated the changes promptly.

When you are traveling, the last thing you need is additional stress from having to chase down customer service agents. But Motion4Rent provided top notch white glove service! They made the experience very convenient and comfortable for us.

An American in an Italian hospital with a fractured femur, I needed a wheelchair and walker brought to hotel when I was discharged. Motion4rent had a contact in Florence, spoke English in communications, communicated often, delivered and picked up wheelchair from hotel and was able to provide a walker for sale that I could take home. The communication and service was invaluable.

I booked online, was a smooth transaction, also needed to extend for an extra day which was no hassle when I rang up. They even came to my apartment at a time that suited me which was very helpful, needed to get one of these as I snapped my Achilles, the scooter was a god send, in good working order, and done a brilliant job, (2 people carrier) I charged every night, probably didn't need to as lasted a good time, I put some miles in on it, very reliable scooter, sturdy, and reliable company too. Few scuffs and scrapes on her and bits of cracks too, but what would you expect from about couple 100 people driving it differently all year round, would highly recommend this company and it's equipment all day long. A very happy customer, if it wasn't for this I wouldn't have came on holiday.

DO NOT USE HIRED FOR 14 days worked for ONE day, stranded at animal kingdom. They delivered 4 hours before we agreed, left on the doorstep. This was not the one we ordered at all, but we presumed it was okay as all weights had been given in the first place. We got your animal kingdom it went for 25 minutes and then broke down. We had to wheel it back to the car and disabled person had to struck it back to the car with just a walking stick. Rang them up on the Sunday and they agreed to send us another one that was delivered to the doorstep once again was still not the one we had ordered.it was scratched all over the the driving handle would not lock in place it had to be held in place! However, I’m checking the Internet it was one for the correct weight. Use this for one whole day excellent put it on charge that night the charger was flashing faulty. We gave this the benefit of the doubt and hoped perhaps it was charging.IT WASNT. Email the company nine hours ago they haven’t even bothered to respond. So we are SEVEN DAYS INTO A 14 day hire and it has worked for one day.

Terrible they spoiled my holiday took my money would not deliver my scooter i did what they said and it was good enough they even tried to send a man up to my room avoid them . Still no refund !

Rented a wheelchair in Málaga. Alfonso was excellent and made sure the pick up and drop off times worked for us. Equipment as expected and worked well. Would recommend.

Motion4Rent was very reliable and safe as an intermediary. They responded extremely quickly whenever I had questions or needed support, which made the whole experience much smoother and less stressful.

The person who assisted me and delivered the wheelchair was extremely helpful, attentive, and kind throughout the entire process.

The wheelchair itself is good and honestly made my visit to Rome possible, since the city is simply a nightmare for wheelchair users due to the uneven streets and accessibility challenges.

There is only one important issue: the listing stated that the battery range was 15 km, but in reality it varied between 6 and 10 km. That is a very significant difference and directly impacts travel planning, especially considering that the wheelchair takes a long time to fully recharge.

If you are renting an electric wheelchair, I strongly recommend not taking the battery range indicated on the website for granted, as discrepancies can have a direct impact on your trip planning and daily mobility.

Easy to order pay etc and shower chair was just the job as hotel only had a flip up/down seat no rails either so for safety and piece of mind so glad I hired shower chair dropped off and collected as said and good communication with emails etc

I guess I can’t give a 0 rating. Don’t use this service in Amsterdam. I booked a wheelchair in January to be delivered for a 6 day rental in April. Delivery was to be to our hotel on a Sunday morning. I was never contacted in the 3 months before the chair was to be delivered. Apparently the Amsterdam office does not work on weekends and they don’t answer the phones either. The chair was booked for 9 am Sunday but did not get delivered until 3pm Monday. Obviously inconvenient and greatly impacted my husbands mobility for the first 2 days. Cost us extra in taxis etc. I contacted head office in Spain who were responsive but unhelpful. I have spent the past 3 weeks fighting for a refund. I paid $191 for a 6 day rental and $123 delivery charge. The total refund they gave me was $60. Not even the 2 days rental that they didn’t provide. They told me they would refund 60 Euros and that was their final offer. I then was told $60 in the next email. I pointed out that 60 euros was closer to $70. My refund came through today 3 weeks after our return and was only $60. Complete scam artists who will never get my business again. I had to fight with daily emails for my refund. Their billing staff obviously can’t do some pretty basic maths and they made no efforts to make this right. Pickup was no better. I waited for 1 1/2 hours after our scheduled pickup time which was5 pm on a Friday. They never did come. I had to leave the chair with the hotel staff and it was Tuesday before it was collected. I never did get confirmation from the company that they got the chair. I don’t know what would have happened for pickup if we had been in an Airbnb etc. All round terrible, shoddy organization with no respect or care from the company to make things right.

Hi. I have used motion4rent a couple of times and on both occasions they have served me brilliantly. Most notably now. May2026. I have mucked them about a couple of times as i changed the booking twice. it was no problem for them and I was treated professionally and got the scooter I wanted.

Motion4rent was very helpful during the process of setting up the rental of the scooter. On my first day of using the scooter we thought it was fully charged. It wasn't. I blame this on human error. We were able to get the scooter charged while we were on a tour in CRETE, GREECE. After the little hiccup, we were able to use the scooter while we went on another tour. I would recommend MOTION4RENT. This is the first time I had to order a scooter.

I have nothing negative to say. Everything went smoothly and the lady bringing the rollator was very nice and helpful.

Wonderful experience. I booked this online from the US and they handled drop off and pick up at the Disneyland hotel in Paris, I didn’t need to be involved at all. The scooter seemed like new and was very easy to use. Great battery life, we did a full day and barely dented the charge. Made the world of difference for my older mother, she was able to use it around the entire Disney park and just leave it with the strollers when we did a ride. Fantastic experience.
