Received a text in advance the contact met me at airport arrivals and then went to desk and they showed me out to driver! So efficient thanks for making my arrival to Tenerife so sooth!

I tried booking a taxi in the past it never showed. Today I get a confirmation of a subscription for 25 pound which I do not believe I signed up to why would I the taxi was a no show keep away from this company

Booked a pick up at Seville airport. Driver failed to turn up, contacted the company who said they would get back to me, which they did not. Had to get a taxi instead. Rubbish

Pick up no problem from Palma airport, driver polite and waiting for us when we came out. On our return we were told a couple hours before that our departure time had changed from 4:48am to 4:30am so we had to rush and miss breakfast that we had arranged with our hotel for 4:30. When we were picked up we realised that our private transfer wasn't to be private and we went to another hotel to collect another person and their bike. When we returned I discovered that Mistertransfer had also taken another £25 out of out account as well as the £176.90 that we agreed to pay for our private return transfer. This really spoilt our opinion of Mistertransfer. Thinking this was an error I was told that we had subscribed to their Prime service which we didn't not want/need and they refused to refund our money for a service that we were unaware that we had subscribed to and did not need. Very unhelpful.

Trabaja con proveedores de servicios que no cumplen con la normativa francesa y, por lo tanto, no están registrados en Francia (¡y, en consecuencia, no tienen derecho a operar en el país!). De hecho, los traslados desde los aeropuertos parisinos se realizan con vehículos matriculados en la República Checa (matrícula CZ) y conducidos por chóferes georgianos. La normativa francesa exige que los conductores posean una licencia profesional de transporte de pasajeros (expedida por las autoridades francesas tras aprobar un examen) y que los vehículos estén matriculados en Francia con seguro para el transporte de pasajeros. Una pegatina de transporte de pasajeros, que acredita la inscripción en el registro de operadores de vehículos de alquiler con conductor, así como el justificante de la inspección técnica anual obligatoria, debe colocarse y exhibirse en el parabrisas junto a la licencia. Por último, los vehículos utilizados para el transporte privado en Francia deben tener menos de 7 años, lo cual no se cumple en el caso de los vehículos de su proveedor de servicios.

En resumen, si contrata un servicio de traslado con Mister-transfer en París/Disneyland, se encontrará con los problemas descritos anteriormente y deberá aceptar ser transportado con su familia en un vehículo sin seguro que no le cubrirá en caso de accidente, y por un conductor que carece de la formación y las acreditaciones legales francesas necesarias. Además, su conductor no le esperará en la sala de llegadas del aeropuerto para evitar el riesgo de ser controlado por la policía de tráfico; en su lugar, le recibirá en el aparcamiento subterráneo del aeropuerto. El riesgo que Mister-transfer impone a sus clientes con estos servicios de transporte privado en París es totalmente inaceptable e irresponsable.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Mister Transfer.

We booked a transfer well in advance for arrival in Lanzarote, including their premium service which promises flight tracking, communication, and priority support. We were travelling as a group of four, including my 83-year-old father.

Our flight was delayed due to weather (clearly trackable), yet when we arrived there was no driver and no communication from the company. After searching and making multiple calls, we were told the driver had already left and that we would need to arrange our own transport.

This is completely unacceptable. We were left stranded at the airport and had to pay for an alternative taxi ourselves. There was no apology and no immediate offer of refund — just poor attitude and lack of responsibility.

The return transfer was just as bad. The driver arrived over 40 minutes late, and I had to repeatedly call and direct them to our location, causing unnecessary stress and leaving us rushing at the airport.

Overall, this company is unreliable, unprofessional, and does not deliver on what it promises — especially if you pay extra for “premium” service. I would strongly advise others to avoid. Thank you for your response I have however received one directly from Mister Transfer via email which was not worthy of a response and in direct contrast to your response below - dismissive and disgusting way to treat people is how I would describe that response I am happy to share this directly with you.

It is a scam easier to book a taxi by yourself and you will safe money and time by doing that.

I have used this company several times never had a problem. The most recent was on the 25th of this month. Our transfer was there early the driver was very helpful and charming. Carried our cases down the steps and loaded them for us. Excellent service .

The booking system is easy to follow .

A company that would not wait a few minutes and whose customer service was awful.
The problems with passport control at Lanzarote airport are clearly well known locally and people can easily be over an hour in the queue. Two of our party were caught up in this having been turned away from the e gates. The company called me 55 minutes after our landing to ask if we were coming. I explained the issue but that the party had just cleared immigration and we would be ready for collection within 10 minutes. The plane landed at 1335 and we were all ready at 1443. The driver had gone. Contacted the company who were rude, dismissive and disinterested.
They will only wait one hour after your plane lands but they know that many passengers won't be through in that time. Then you are left. They don't actually tell you the driver has gone. I really thought after the telephone call that they would wait the 8 minutes it took. They won't and so it's not a service that you should book.
The rudeness and unhelpfulness was another reason to avoid them.
I booked this through Holiday Extras so I guess beware of them also. Their only interest was to try to avoid any and all responsibility.

Do not book with this organization.

At first everything looks well organized. The website seems clear and the service appears easy to use. That is exactly why it feels trustworthy in the beginning.

However, what is not clearly communicated is that when you make a booking, you may automatically start a subscription. Money can then be withdrawn from your bank account without you clearly requesting or approving it.

It all looks properly arranged, but money can be automatically deducted from your bank account without a clear warning.

Taking money from a customer’s bank account without clear communication or explicit consent is unacceptable.

My advice: do not book with this organization
