Excellent informational course. I think it will be greatly beneficial in helping seniors.

Overall the training provided terrific and worthwhile insight and guidance of serving a likely surging real estate need. The training videos were a bit dated and the page numbers were somewhat out of sync with the training manual. The recorded interviews with real folks serving the senior community was a nice compliment to the training.

I thought the course was more geared toward real estate Investors rather than Senior Community placement services. The info was very informative and gave me a lot of insights into this niche that I never new existed. Video conference seemed like it was a bit dated and needed to be updated. Too much depressing Covid 19 topics. I am very excited to get started with this.

Buyer beware…number of things were promised at the initial webinar, but none was given apart from taking the money and giving you a bunch of pre recorded stuff to listen to, most are old(covid period) customer service practically non existent, you can email them and they do get back to you, but they keep referring you to the pre recorded stuff, I wish I had better things to say about them as my goal was and still is to proceed with the program, however months later
I’m still as lost as when I first signed up. If you want more help you have to buy into their accelerated program however I’ve been told that is also a let down

I'm Real Estate agent and I recently had to deal with this type of situation. This will further help me in dealing with these types of situations. I believe this was recorded around covid. Mabe an updated virgin would be nice.

What made this course great was Phillip's sense of humor! He made discussing a difficult subject real and approachable.
Knowing that I can take what I learned and incorporate it with what I am already doing for seniors and knowing it will make their life and their families life much easier during the most difficult time.

I attended a virtual course of instruction certification to obtain my Senior Transition Specialist Certification through Mom's House expecting another surface-level course. What I got was a detailed operating system for building real relationships across the entire senior care ecosystem — not just theory on how to place a family, but the actual blueprint for who to know and how to work with them.

The course walked me through building direct relationships with Executive Directors and Financial Directors at Senior Living Communities, Move-In Coordinators, and Activity Directors — the people who actually run the day-to-day operation, no1t just the sales office. It went further into the network most programs never touch: Downsizing and Move-Out Companies, Senior Care Placement Agents, Elder Care Attorneys, Financial Planners, Realtors with Senior Care Designations, and Social Workers.

That is the difference between knowing the industry and operating inside it. Every relationship taught in this program is a piece of infrastructure — one more angle of attack for serving a family well and building a practice that runs on trust, not luck.

Discipline, consistency, and a real system — that's what this certification delivered. Highly recommend for anyone serious about building a legitimate presence in senior care transition work.

In my personal life we are going through the process of my mom getting dementia and I have a whole new perspective about it and about my sister who is the one that close to my mom's home and is taking care of all the minutia. I also have an understanding of what to expect for myself and my husband down the road and if we are prepared or not The information provided was very informative and extensive and how well rounded everyone is. There is a lot of need for the services and not enough education out there. Thank you for all the wonderful information.

I purchased the course in June.2026. I am unable to contact anyone via phone or email! This is a total SCAM!!!!
It is sad that Phil prortays himself in "helping" senoirs... I am a senior and $600 is alot of money for nothing! DO NOT buy from Phil!

I watched the introductory "training" webinar. I found it completely disallusioning for Phil to act like this was a "live" webinar, when it was very obviously not. Responding to comments that no one made in our group, and then the end was completely over the top! Commenting with all the names of people who had just in that moment, signed up for the course. What a joke! I value integrity, and this showed me that Mom's House organization does not have it. Just state upfront that it is a taped webinar. I would still have watched it. But you won't catch me spending my hard-earned dollars for a company that is dishonest from the get-go!

I bought this course based on the Senior Placement Specialist position working with Mom's House. That's what was discussed on the Zoom webinar by Mom's House Philip Vincent on May 6, 2026 and confirmed via a google video chat with Jason Lawson. When I asked if I had to be in the field, a real estate agent or real estate investor to be successful I was told no in the zoom meeting by Philip Vincent. They stated in the meeting that this would require little time in the field, but the course explains that it requires time as a real estate agent/investor and would require in-home visits to client. The zoom sales pitch was deceptive bait & switch and they still run this scam today. The course I received is for Real estate investors and agents. I can't do that and I was clear with about this in the zoom webinar. They mislead through omission and flat out lied about the course content and what was really required to achieve their success numbers. I've filed with the BBB and this company has a "F" rating, due to several complaint and for not responding to the BBB investigations. I didn't receive what I paid for. I requested a refund for the cost of the course, $597 and the Done-For-You Appointments $397 after viewing the first video, 3 weeks ago. They have done nothing but harass me with emails about the course and that they plan on keeping my money. When I have called to discuss, I get voicemail. They claim to take care of seniors, but I find that highly doubtful.

During their first webinar, they claimed that they have a lot of Google reviews, when I asked them "where is the Google reviews", they kicked me out of Zoom.

Can anyone tell me why, after Phil Vincent said several times that the STS certification was a great source of leads for Real Estate Agents, he then, after Module 6 of the STS certification training, made statements that you should never let the family of the people you are hoping to help know that you are a Realtor. Are you all Realtors? I have been a Realtor for 38 years, and that seems dishonest. He also said for the first time that if we want referrals, we need to buy the houses, or the facilities would not be inclined to refer us business.

I am 70, very empathetic, and not looking to buy houses in my area that will need updating. Please let me know your thoughts. Something is true, and something is false. I can’t mislead people, and this came out after spending $597 and putting in some time. Your feedback is much appreciated. If you prefer to email me, that’s fine too. Thanks!
