Metabolae Arvostelua 

I watched the Ad on FB understanding it was an ad but I was intrigued. I looked on their website and thought the price was fair. I read everything on the site to make sure it wasn’t an automatic enrollment into a subscription. I have no issue with subscriptions but do NOT want it until after I have tried the product.
Sure enough, minutes after ordering, I received an email welcoming me to the Club and my next payment would be August. I was furious.
I used the contact us form and complained insisting to cancel my order. I also emailed them the same. I never expected to hear back from them but I did. Within minutes. They cleared everything up and my subscription was canceled.
I am hoping I will like the product enough to subscribe. The Customer Service gets an A

Just received my order so to early to rate the product but I have been using the powdered Ceylon cinnamon for years and hope this product is as good.

I don t have my product as yet but needed customer service and they were very responsive! Hoping the product is as good as their service 🤞

I wanted to try this product, but have only been taking it for one month. I did not know that I had signed up for an auto-subscription, so when a second batch arrived I was surprised. I wrote in and Niel helped me take that auto subscription off and even gave me a partial refund for my 2nd order that arrived (which I wanted to keep). I am very happy, and hopefully if my bloodwork shows a lower sugar level in a couple of months, I will be ordering more.

Since taking the product I’ve noticed my average daily sugar number is decreasing. I have been on the supplement for 2 months. I received my second order about 1 month after the first intial order. I received notice they were shipping the next order out. I notified customer service to stop that order since I still had 4 months left. They responded promptly and cancelled that order. Within an hour of being notified.

I just started taking the supplement so I can't speak to it's success yet, but I can say the Customer Service team is excellent. Help with my questions and some issue about delivery.

Absolutely loved this product, and my experience with the sales team was second to none.
It’s so refreshing to have the personal touch involved during messages and my issues were dealt with professionally and tactfully.
I will certainly be recommending this product to many of my service users, safe in the knowledge that they will get the same standard of care that I received.

I haven't taken the supplement that long to notice a difference yet. I did not know this was an auto ship. I was not ready for a second shipment as I have not noticed any differences in my well being. I do have to pay for the second order as when I contacted them to cancel auto ship they said they had already mailed it out. I did get confirmation that they will no longer send any future products.

Excellent communication with customer service.

Have been using Metabolae for a week and a half. All my glucose readings have been in the 90's every day. I did cancel my auto-ship. Contacting Andrea was Great. I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. If everything goes well (as I expect it will) I will be buying more when my 3 month supply gets low. Great company to deal with. Very Happy!

Needed to cancel subscription until I know whether this is working for me. Sent an email, getting a prompt response and issue resolved within about 30 mins with email confirmation of cancellation. May well resubscribe at a later date

I decided to give Metabolae a try and placed an order. When I received an email informing me that my delivery address was wrong and the product couldn’t be delivered, I contacted their customer service via the email address provided in the notification email. I informed them that the delivery address was correct and gave them some high level directions on how to find our house since we are somewhat rural. They responded within a day that they would relay this information. The order then arrived two days later. I really appreciated the quick resolution to the delivery issue. I would have liked a notification of some sort, though, on where the delivery was placed when it was delivered. Thankfully, we found it by a side door that we don’t use very often and it was in the shade.

I have taken all of my Ceylon Cinnamin, and I believe it's a great product , I also took 1200 mg of Berberine with it by the advice of a Holistic Dtr . I didnt know it was a Auto ship and was taken by surprise because sometimes with this economy I can't afford this and it was drafted from my acct ,

I have taken these a little over a month. I love how I feel good already. I am excited to see how I feel in 90 days.
These Ceylon Cinnamon gels are VERY easy to swallow and I feel NO side affects.

I am a new recruit to use Metabolae and so cannot give an appraisal on the health value. However, I have read all the reviews and hope that it will help to keep my blood level under control.
As for their customers service, it's been perfect, I've received the tablets on time.

Just starting out using Ceylon cinnamon and reading the various possible mislabeled companies. I crossed off many options and found a company with no bad press. I signed up and noticed an input in error. They fixed it in a few hours. I expect to keep an open mind, if customer service is indicative of the quality of the company and their product, I expect good things to come.

Metabolae is at best in my opinion a scam. Their advertising promises a 90 Day Risk Free Trial. BEWARE: You will only be refunded for what you purchase before the company offers you additional product at a reduced price. They will not refund that $19.25, for example. Further, returning the product was not only time consuming but expensive (small padded envelope cost be over$10 with all the tracking mess required). Here are their email directions:

"Our return address is located in New Jersey, USA. When you are ready to send the package back, please ship it to:

"C/O 1183 Florence Columbus Road Fieldsboro, NJ 08505 Attention: GCUS return G17680

"Once we receive the return, your full refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please ship with track and trace and send us the tracking number and a photo of the parcel once it is on its way."

They never acknowledged receipt of my return, although I sent screen shots of the confirmation of delivery and the actually site by site tracking.

I sent them an ultimatum 6 days after the email sent to them with the confirmation and tracking. I explained that unless I heard from them, I would write reviews of my experience with Metabolae everywhere possible to alert potential consumers. I would also contact the office of the Attorney General of California's fraud department as we have the force of California, the world's 4th largest economy, behind its citizens (Thank you, California). And, I would contact the dispute department of my credit card, all of which I did. Chase assured me that my money would be refunded to my credit card within three days at most; however, I had to get a new card from them. Just the amount of my time wasted dealing with Metabolae has been enormous. Even if their questionable product was a miracle supplement which exceeded all expectations (not likely as they appear to be using Facebook ads to grift), dealing with the company is not worth most people's time. Interestingly, I finally did receive a email from Metabolae a few hours after my contacting Chase. The email said that my money would be refunded in 5-10 days!!! I had already been refunded by Chase on my credit card and I replied thusly to their email.

I am going to write another review of my second battle with Metabolae; but briefly, I had ordered 5 months' worth of their product originally. I checked carefully before I purchased to make sure there was no subscription involved. I purchased in May originally and requested information later in June regarding returning the product for a refund, the very day that a Metabolae email informed me that they were sending me then another 3 months supply and would do so monthly!!!!! Screams SCAM, right? In the State of California, under one of our California consumer protection laws, a customer must be alerted to a upcoming charge for a recurring purchase. Metabolae in their grifty hubris broke the law!!! Fourth largest economy in the world's law, the law of the most populated state by many million over the next most populated state, CALIFORNIA! Do you really want to give your money to such a company?????

I have not received the product yet....it seems to be
taking a while to get to me so I emailed Metabolae and
was given general answers with no specifics. At first
they wouldn't tell me where their company is located
in the US and where my shipment is coming from. Two
emails later they finally told me the product is packaged
and shipped from China by a company named Guluxly.
And I found by further research on my own, that Metabolae is only registered in the USA and is located
in the UK. Why it took so many emails to finally answer
my questions is a worry for me. What do they have to hide? I can only hope that the ingredients that Guluxly
uses in the cinnamon supplements I have purchased from Metabolae, are of the quality that Metabolae says
are in the cinnamon supplements I purchased. I now am
waiting for the product to arrive (I ordered them on 15 June, 2026)....still not here.
I hope Metabolae will be more truthful for future customers than they were with me.
I'm hoping the product produces the results that Metaboae claims it will do. And I'm hoping the ingredients are quality ingredients they claim.
