I have tried relentlessly and tenaciously to find the right lead gen system and failed. Prime came to me randomly, and it was a breath of fresh air and got to speak with a whole bunch of the leads that came in directly. Listen, you cant win them all, and its ok as agents, but the ones provided were real people, ready to sell or buy.
I am overly happy to write this review. This was perfect and exactly what I needed at the right time in my career.

The leads appear to come primarily from cold texting homeowners, which results in extremely low intent. Although I’ve had a few appointments, the vast majority require long-term follow-up and nurturing rather than being truly sales-ready. While the cost per lead may seem attractive, the quality reflects the low price. In my experience, this is very much a “you get what you pay for” service.

Communication has been great! They want to start you out right.

Wow, I just read a report that somebody gave this people a five stars. I’ve got nine leads with nine people that have no clue what the hell I’m talking about. I even went to their house and introduced myself as a person that they’re my VA contacted them and told me to get a hold of them. They had no clue what I was talking about today. I even went to somebody’s house on a supposed listing appointment unfortunately the phone number they gave me I guess the guy just continued to play with me because he said he would meet me at 5 o’clock at the address. Well, I went there. Talk to the owners and he says that’s not even my phone number. I’ve spent $525 supposedly on this company. I’ve gotten one guy that said that they might sell their house because he’s getting a divorce and according to them it was free set up and $75 per Lead and a refund if it was not correct so I’ve gotten five leads but for some reason I’ve been charged not 375 but 525 so I asked them to explain that payment

Great opportunity for quality leads. They confirm with you the leads' name, address and contact information. I have never received fake information.

I started working with Prime Listing Leads several months ago and am extremely pleased with the quality of the Seller leads, as well as their service & support! There is ongoing followup and the dashboard is easy to use to keep track of your leads.
I highly recommend & will continue to use Prime Listing Leads to generate more Seller prospects!

Good leads takes some following up but that’s how it always is in this business.

Charles is very motivated to make sure his clients get the right leads, in the right zip code! He always is willing to make it right whenever there is an error on a lead. Every lead I’ve gotten has been quality & responsive.

I haven’t successfully converted a single lead yet but I guess I would say I’m hopeful. Takes time.

The Leads that prime listing provides are not without having to follow up at nurture but once you have the opportunity to get in front of or speak with any of the leads, the people I connected with are ready and motivated to sell

As a real estate broker with two decades in the industry, I’ve tried countless lead generation platforms. This service is a game-changer. Their $75 flat-fee model per lead is incredibly fair, especially since there are no back-end commission splits. More importantly, the lead quality is high—these are motivated sellers, not just random clicks. It has provided a significant boost to my listing inventory and my bottom line.

Everything is great. Good communication and I have received some solid leads.

On my initial phone call with Estately. I detected a strong degree of sincerity and honest-to-goodness caring. I decided to come onboard and started buying leads, and as a matter of fact, I closed my very first lead, they gave me in 14 days. I don't wanna blow smoke and make anybody considering coming onboard to think that every single lead is a closer because it's not. Seriously, though, I believe that the professionals at estately really do care. And if you're unhappy, they will bend over backward, until you are. I can honestly say I have never worked with a finer bunch off the internet in the lead business in my 30 year career. These guys are the bomb.

At first, I was pretty skeptical of what this was. I'm a newer agent, and I don't want to be caught up with shiny objects. I've gotten 11 leads, and two of them have been pretty darn good. The two leads are $700k and $1.6m.Hopefully they pan out well for me. The website is a little interesting to use, but their support has been darn good.

Great leads, made hit a listing on my first one

Stay away from Prime Listing Leads formally Estately. The leads are garbage. Leads don't respond to calls. No emails. Prime claims they will replace bad leads. That is a miss and hit. I cancelled and they still sent and charged me for leads. Matthew then promised to give me 4 leads for free and again they charged me. I complained about it and they closed my acct. I asked for a refund and they don't respond. The leads are not screened. Bad phone numbers and the few leads I spoke to claim they never asked to be contacted. A complete waste of money.

They spam texts every month and refuse to stop. I haven't worked in real estate for two years STILL get texts from them. I hate this company with a passion.

Value for money is 10/10

At $75 a lead, pretty much a no brainer. Unfortunately 1/7 zip codes was already taken but other than that i already have 2 appointments scheduled and started only this month.
