I came into Mom’s House learning about a business I honestly didn’t even know existed, and discovered something I’m genuinely passionate about. The training taught me that helping seniors and their families is about so much more than a house—it’s about listening without judgment, understanding the entire situation, and doing what is right for the senior and their family. I especially appreciated the emphasis on ethics, integrity, and putting the senior’s needs first.

I’ve now earned my Certified Senior Transition Specialist certification and am putting what I learned into practice through my business, Family Bridge Senior Transitions. My advice to anyone considering the training is simple: jump in with an open mind. The skills you learn—especially how to listen, act ethically, and truly understand a senior and their family’s needs—can completely change the way you approach this business.

I loved the wealth of information that I learned to help others going through the hardship of helping their family members get the care that they need. Not only the parents but the adult children. I have someone in my life going through this and I have been able to help guide them on the options to take care of their loved one and it has benefited them.

I think it's excellent, except I wish it went in deeper into updated information regarding the real estate transaction. Insurance on homes that need major repairs, sub tools and negotiations.

It is actually two programs in one. It gives you information on the real estate investor opportunities, as well as a senior placement agent.
